I can understand why a ref may have given that red in real time, but how you can look at it on VAR and still give it is beyond me.

I think the issue is the lack of options on the right wing, I’d hoped Cortes would be the answer but it appears Clement doesn’t think so and will keep him on the left.

Surely an appeal will be successful?
The only reason it wouldn’t be is if the SFA decide they must back their referees decision as a way to “protect him”.
Everyone knows it wasn’t a red card and common sense should prevail but it’s the SFA.
