To be brutally honest. The Daily Record have completely shot their bolt.
If I was Rangers, I would just ignore the article. Just simply pretend it doesn't exist.

My guess is that they  are waiting on a response from Rangers before trying to flip this and drag it out.

Phenomenal turnaround from where we were. 13 OF games, 8 wins, a draw and 4 losses. 
And of those loses;
- After the first Europa play off where we were down to 9 men early in the rebuild
- Morelos sent off early and a late blunder from Tav
- Robbed in the cup final, with an offside goal
Only real poor performance was the 2-0 at Ibrox where we left Morleos on the bench and hadn’t signed Kent back. Never looked like beating them. Every other time we’ve been very competitive.
The Jack 1-0 game was the real turning point in terms of beating the mental block with them, but yesterday’s felt just as big IMO. 
I’m quick to give Gerrard and co it in the neck when we’re not good, but the progress is phenomenal. 

We've a stronger management and playing squad. Winning these games breeds confidence. We know what we're good at and focus on that. We've stopped picking a team to counter the opposition like when Gerrard played 5 midfielders and dropped Morelos. Our defenders are coming up with the goods, they can't deal with our strengths.
Today they threw their best front 6 at our weakened backline and failed.  They'll beat the spl cannon fodder but we're a different animal. 
The longer they think we were lucky, and that possession stats win games, the better.
