I think Wes is as good as he's going to get unfortunately. 
I rate , even at 36 , McGregor higher in every aspect . He's better than anyone else at the club . 
I'm still undecided whether to go for him or not - his manner of departure still rankles and despite everyone saying 36 isn't old for a goalie , you just have to see how many 36 year old goalies there are out there to see that's not necessarily true . 
I definitely think we need a goalie and , ideally, one a lot younger that has already established himself , but they don't come cheap though , which ultimately , may well see the return of McGregor .

Ridiculous move. LA has shown in the past in can barely support one team, why is there this constant desire to make them have two?

Every one of them was underachieving, which maybe says a lot about how Pedro deals with such players but then again, have these players reacted badly to Pedro telling them they need to up their game if they want to play for us or simply that they aren't good enough to play for us at all! 
O'Halloran - Never broke into the team under 2 managers, gets shipped out on loan then spits the dummy because he wasn't part of the gaffers plans & moans that he wasn't getting fit enough despite not playing in months.
Forrester - Again a bit part player under 2 managers and never really set the game alight for us, would have a good game followed by 2 or 3 below average performancesI don't think he actually said anything against Caixinha other than wanting to prove him wrong in that he is a good player! 
McKay - Never went into any detail as to why he left other than that Caixinha wasn't treating him right? Runs off to a manager that played him most weeks! At the end of the day, he wasn't good enough for Rangers & his replacement is a definite improvement! 
Halliday - Was a big part of Warburtons teams & no matter how big a Rangers man he was he is a bang average footballer & again has been replaced by much better quality! 
Miller - Great servant to the club & dug us out a few holes but again, you can't deny the performances haven't been there this season! Another who has been replaced by a better player! 
 
The common denominator here isn't Pedro, it's the fact that every one of those players wasn't performing to the level they could of/had been or simply weren't good enough in the first place! Essentially he's getting rid of the dead wood, all be it, his methods might not be pleasant for those involved but they have been the right decisions! 

Probably won't be anything close but I'd go for something like this tonight. Candieas and John bombing forward whenever the opportunity arises, with John tracking back more to help Cardoso on the left defending.

If he wants to go and support Scotland as well then that's his choice. It's not for me, but it shouldn't have a bearing on whether he's seen as a real Rangers fan or not.

Also worth that in the seasons where we had our worst ever results in Europe (prior to Progres) against Viktoria Zizkov and Kaunas, we went on to win the league both years.

You and others have seen the problems from last year not been sorted and are now seeing the problems sort us and with no money to give him he has had to make do with what he has been given, your possibly right about it's not all his fault, but the current situation looks like getting out of hand and we simply can't afford it to, Barton has always been a cunt and maybe it's best to say an expensive goodbye for the sake of Rangers moral even if it means keeping the other ineffectual midfielder Halliday, Even so the manager looks for from convincing even from last season and I don't think that is too over board.

My Aunt has a friend from her running club competing this weekend hopefully does well.
Fellow Stockport Harrier Ross Millington qualified for The Olympics and is competing against Mo Farah in the 10,000m race this weekend. We also have two athletes taking part in the Para Olympics, (details will be posted nearer the time). So proud to be a member of this great club. Come on Ross!!!!!!!!!

Not seen another thread so thought I'd make one. Opening ceremony kicks off tonight and should hopefully be a cracking 2 and a half weeks of sport.
What's everyone looking forward to? Personally its Athletics for me. Being quite heavily involved in the sport myself its always great to see what the last 4 years of build up will bring on the biggest stage of them all. Massive Scottish representation particularly in the middle and long distance events (the best events ?) and could be a fair few success stories there. Laura Muir in the 1500m is the one to watch imo and is in a great shout of a medal, possibly even Gold given how her season is going.
Fingers crossed its a fantastic games and all drug, venue and virus controversies are kept to a bare minimum!
