Can't remember the year but Dundee Utd away. Was sat with the DU fans and they were all giving Gazza grief. He walked over to take a throwing and stuck his tongue out at the crowd, I thought it was hilarious.
I've been there before, also went to a bar called Bobbins I think. Watched Rangers win the league at Porkheid there in the 3-0 thumping. The place was packed, great atmosphere.
It's probably the best time of the season to come back from an injury, he'll get a few run outs in Pre season games in a more relaxed atmosphere. Hopefully he can build his fitness back up in time for the start of the season but I'd rather he wasn't rushed back if he's not ready.
I didn't really see him having a future past this season, and if I'm not mistaken Walter publicly made it clear that a new LM is one of his 3 main priorities for the summer.
I think it would be a good move, we'd save money on wages as well as being able to see if he can come good after some possible regular football. For us I think its a win win situation.
It's quite random how we've managed to make the 3rd pot, if 3 teams out of Arsenal, Shaktar, Lyon and Sporting Lisbon don't qualify we make 2nd pot. I can't see that happening but a 3rd pot place is certainly a boost.
