Sure, we could have and should have played better and score some more but I'm not going to sit here and complain about how we should have scored 10 playing on a freezing wednesday night with a 2nd string team.

Poor show in the 2nd half but the game was already won....... also ,a bad pitch, poor referee to contend with - I'm just pleased we have no injuries and are in the next round. 

Meh, not overly arsed about the performance tbh all that matters is that we didn't pick up any injuries on that pitch.

I can only imagine that those who are saying to get rid of him are teenagers or in their early 20’s. The lad is only 21 (22 in March this year) and yet I’ve seen it said that we need to cut our losses and that with Davis (a 34 year old) signing it means the game is up for Rossiter. Do you not think that the plan could be to have him learning off of a guy like Davis (and even SG and GM)? Just coz he isn’t blazing a trail at 21 doesn’t mean he’s never going to make it. He’s a quality wee player who has been unlucky with injury for 2 years. There’s still plenty of time for him to shine. But if you’re younger or roughly the same age as him I can see how you would think he’s had his chance. But when you’re over 30 you realise at 21/22 you’re still a baby and have years to develop. If he’s still hanging around the bench at 24/25 then, yeah, he’s had his time and it’s never going to happen. But putting him in the ‘done’ pile just now is ridiculously short sighted.

Not a fan of Beaton but thought yesterday was a blueprint on how you manage an Old Firm. There was no need for any dramas and he didn’t cause any or allow any to happen.
If that was an ego maniac like Thompson or Collum there would’ve been cards flying out everywhere, play stopped constantly. Arfield and Brown would’ve probably walked for that drop ball.
If we’re going to slate these refs when they’re useless then you’ve got to praise them when they have a good game. 

Obviously didn't score and was slightly greedy a couple of times but Morelos work-rate and aggression were brilliant. None of celtics defenders or midfielders could handle his physicality. 

Thought he was fantastic again today , ran their back 4 ragged , and displayed a real desire to win every ball.

Today we showed what has been missing against them for years - passion and desire and nobody epitomised it more than Ross. Fucking battled the ENTIRE game won the ball soooo many times to set us off again 
That's the potential and talent we all saw a while back hopefully he can stay clear of injuries and continue to improve
