KingKirk 25,647
I have no real issue with this first of all. However it wont be long until we start seeing fans been arrested for it. A police investigation is already underway after Sunday. I can see bans being handed down by the club also How do you expect the club to try and handle this issue? Popular Post ForeverAndEver 71,502
An absolute shambles if the club try and ban cunts for it, especially considering the majority are wee guys. Popular Post theblueoysterbar 19,630
Nobody really caused any trouble though. Saw a wee guy run up to Alfredo and he gave him a wee hug and a pat on the head. If we're getting shite for that when Hibs got fuck all for Hampden we're through the looking glass here. TopCat 4,511
It's harmless fun and something that is common place in rugby for instance ...... I think it should be allowed as long as no one is getting hurt. I don't think the killjoy SFA or SPFL will see it that way , mind you. bluenoz 30,843
I don't think it's acceptable at all. This was removed from the game decades ago for safety reasons. 16BlueSherbert90 19,223
From working in hospitality and mainly football grounds in the past(except for girodome).... Footballers like to celebrate with the fans. They don't take issue with it mainly - only the brooding miserable ones in fairness. So sure, ask their opinion. Think you will find that they're quite favourable towards the fans.

This - what happened on Sunday was just wee kids being Fannie’s but this shouldn’t be the norm because if not stopped we will get more and more of it until someone is hurt or causes real damage - there is a reason it’s banned on safety grounds. what was interesting is that the papers were blaming inadequate stewarding by Livingston rather than Rangers fans siddiqi_drinker, OnwardsandUpwards and magic8ball
Popular Post Courtyard Bear 41,357
Sweet baby Jesus it’s handwringing time again. Mo ran to his own fans, the Alfie young team jumped over the wee wall to hug their hero, no fans ran onto the actual match pitch or were threatening to anyone the most dangerous thing about it would’ve been the fat lump in the Rangers top falling on somebody. The joy is slowly being drained from the game and we have folk getting annoyed by this 😂😂 EastEnclosureBear, Gurlyblue, BridgeIsBlue and 14 others

HuistraHairDo 12,490
Hibs fans set the bar with their “over exuberance “ in the Scottish cup final. nothing to see here move along. unless it’s Rangers fans, so Ibrox shut down, closed doors games imminent. Popular Post SeparateEntityMyArse 53,725
Its mainly daft wee laddies being daft wee laddies. They've had their fun, it now needs to stop as we will get hammered as a club if it continues. It'll end up costing us a fine and potentially a chunk of away tickets that are like gold dust. Scottywellhousetb 50,490
Doesn't bother me really but I do think it's a bit daft and completely unnecessary after the 3rd goal in a 3-0 win against fucking Livingston, If it's going to get us in bother then it should stop, we've far bigger battles to be winning without worrying about possible sanctions due to this shite, other than that, meh. chris182, SkylineBlue, surfsup2 and 1 other

KingKirk 25,647
I'd hate to see people loose the chance of following Rangers because of a banning order for doing this. Going forward that's exactly what's gonna happen unless we find away to try and deal with it. No really sure on the laws however I'd assume it's no a criminal offense more to do with public order
Real Ranger 3,195
If it's acceptable for our fans to run on to the trackside/pitch when we score then the same would apply to opposition fans when they score.
