It’s time we put faith in a manager and ditch the old guard. It’s no longer about ability it’s about attitudes, mentality and accepting being second best that is now more damaging. Having a team of limited ability players that give everything every match, that follow instructions and are organised and work as a unit defensively and offensively will get you better results than a team of players with ability when they can be bothered trying.

As long as those on the park give everything they have no some half arsed attempt as if they are superstars who don’t need to break a sweat.
