Dominated the game. There are some things we can do better and finishing should be one of them but very good response against a team who are very well set up. Looking for Tav to get further forward still. Take the game to them again and get an early second.

The great Bill Shankly once said that the key to keeping a winning team was knowing the right time to make changes to the team even though some of the changes would be unpopular. That the right changes at the right time kept the team fresh and hungry.
I think what you've just said equates to what he said many years ago and by that way of thinking the horse has bolted and we've reached to close the gate a little too late.
Time will tell here and basically it's all in the players hands from now on.

That’s all well and good tbh mate I agree they benefitted the most from the break being moved but yet again it looks like we had 3 weeks with our finger up our arse working on absolutely fuck all. It was also the perfect opportunity to fine tune ourselves under Gios methods because apart from St Mirren we looked quite shaky at times. 
 
Within 2 days of the window they made a triple signing and we waited tae the last 3 days to bring in players we actually needed.
That meant Hatate and Maeda had 3 weeks with him ready to go. We had Ramsey in the stands and Diallo for 2 training sessions before games. 
 
Honestly I don’t think people realise just how big a fuck up our board and Wilson have made here. The club have been so reactive rather than proactive for the past year and it shows big time. 

TBF there was a big debate when some were saying they were better than us. At the time that was completely wrong, we were 4/6 points clear and beat them with a few players missing. 
In 2022 they've 100% been superior to us and are looking better right now. Bringing the break forward has benefited them bigtime, they were looking very tired and I genuinely believe we wouldn't have only took 1 point from them and Aberdeen if played on the original date.

Just got promoted with Maidstone.
Mental season as the final day came down to ourselves, Ebbsfleet and Dartford. We played Ebbsfleet days before Dartford played their game for some reason. Drew 1-1 so it meant going into Dartford's game the league looked like this.

Closest I've ever seen a league. Dartford went to Concord Rangers and were 2-1 behind late on only to score a 95th minute equaliser and win the league 
Luckily the playoffs heavily favourite the team in 2nd meaning I just had to win a single home game which we did to join Dartford in the National League.

Things change quickly. We are relying on that lot to drop points but if that happens a couple of times in quick succession then things look a whole lot different.
Obviously, our performances have to improve massively but it's important to hang onto their coattails right now.

Can't see Ramsey starting but think Gio knows for the fans' sake he has to be part of the matchday squad on Sunday.

I think as soon as Ramsey is ready it'll be Jack Kamara Ramsey with Aribo and Kent/Diallo in the wide positions.
I never loved the idea of the Jack Davis Kamara midfield under Gerrard but think something like that would have worked a lot better last night. They play with inverted full backs so the middle of the pitch is hard enough to control as it is. I love Arfield but we weren't getting forward enough to utilise his strengths. 
I'm dreading the game against Hearts, especially as those cunts play first and can from 6 points behind to 4 points ahead in a matter of mere weeks. 
On the flip side we can right a few wrongs with a big performance and scoreline.

Hopefully just prioritising him for the league? Or am I being too optimistic?
