I've been impressed by Andy this season ...he was one of our best players again today..... and he hasn't let anyone down when called upon in other matches. His versatility and determination makes him a good squad player to have on the bench - at very least imo.

Selling either of our 2 best players would seriously damage our chances of silverware this season - so it's a big no from me. I'd much rather we added quality in the form of Steve Davis to strengthen the squad - instead of weakening our starting 11.

Leave Sadiq alone......... We lost because we never had AM or KL in the starting 11. Period.

We actually played well enough to win on Sunday.The only reason we never won that game is we never had AM or KL available........... simple as that. Agree re the late subs comment. Shoulda made changes earlier but I stand by my earlier point.

I don't rate him either mate....... another thing that irks me about him is his lack of goals! Can't remember the last time he scored for us tbh.

Thanks as always to the op for the update but I feel the forum would benefit if Elfideldo gave us his personal opinion on players and the way he sees the youth development progressing on a regular basis. Let us know who you rate and who you see as having potential to step into the first team at some point in the future mate. Edit to say well done the wee Gers.

Is Steve Davis the answer?

There's very little between the players but Katic is a bigger goal threat imo........... which is crucial at set pieces in the modern game. I respect SG's decision but I prefer Katic....... however , as already said he will just need to bide his time and be ready to step into the side when injuries , suspensions or loss of form kicks in.

We missed AM and KL yesterday and need to sign Steve Davis at Christmas if we want to challenge for the league.

Yes, he hasn't hit the form he had before his injury but I still rate him very highly. He sniffs out danger and breaks up play and gets our more skilful players on the ball. I expect him to play a major role again today if we are to beat the sheep.

Equally good news for the club and young player. I think this lad has a very bright future at Rangers - and sooner rather than later - the Scottish international team.
