I suspect that there will be a lot of smoke about the next manager for next season. Links to Gerard, De Boer, Clarke Etc. But Murty if be finishes strongly will be left in charge.
-
Some useful bits of business there. very astute trading.
-
Yes, Kenny Miller is Finished.

The problem all starts from the top of the business Unfortunately. Dave King is just not a Credible Chairman. The chairman should in essence be a respected and trusted establishment figure, hopefully with strong international business links, and a paragon of integrity. The board are NOT high net worth individuals with a track record of running successful multi million pound businesses. It really is time to start over. Remove the current board and get in respected Business professionals that can make a difference rather than use the position of trust to further their own interests and line their pockets.

Assistant Manager Joe Jordan First Scot Signing Bain First Foreign Signing Moult -
There needs to be a credible 5 year business plan drafted and executed to the letter. Firstly a talented and ambitious young manager, with his full qualifications in coaching and possibly experience coaching youth teams, either in house or at another Scottish Club. He must be allowed to work towards building a championship winning team over a 3 year cycle. That is six transfer windows to get in his players, hopefully trade out those not making the grade for a reasonable fee and get the wage budget to a sustainable level. This new manager would work closely with the DOF and Youth Coach to ensure a steady stream of youth players are filtered into the first team squad over the next 3 years. First task is qualify for Europe group stages, Second is to develop young players in the Cups, Continually improve on League Position and points earned each season. Develop a relationship with a EPL Club, say for example Chelsea, and get the best and most promising of their players on Loan. Have a European team, that loans their players out too. The Board need to get a share issue sorted immediately and get all the fans domestically and internationally to commit to help with finance. The business must be run on sound practises going forward at all times. Hope will become a reality when the business is sorted out.

Its the obvious option given the circumstances -
King is not the answer. The fans are the answer. Need to get more fans on board and making decisions.

Davies smeared on social media?

Where to start. He has been out of work for 4.5 years, I would not be talking down job offers from small clubs. No job is beneath anyone who is currently unemployed. Yes he has taken clubs up to the play offs, but has won nothing of note and obviously thinks far too highly of himself to actually strive to learn, improve and develop. He needs to stop doing stupid paranoid interviews and get back to work with whatever club is willing to give him a contract. -
One transfer window away from being bloody good!

After a Slow start, he will start to show that his European connections and player knowledge will be very important in bringing in the next batch of players. -
Dorrans is a good player.

Credit to both the player and manager for the improvement -
the role needs a guy who is bringing something to the team, hope they actually get someone who has done their badges and is innovative and hopefully has worked in a youth set up somewhere.
-
need a talented and up and coming scottish coach. Brown is not the answer.
-
The best thing for a young player, who is talented is to be playing every week, and training well. Going to play in Chelsea youth team for a larger wage is a backwards step.
-
Gordon Smith would have been an excellent DoF for a young manager to work with.

De Boer, will be waiting for a EPL team, like the two clubs he was offered last year while at AJAX. Possibly a Spanish Club. -
having a meeting to arrange the next meeting.
-
Well done, confirming the payment was made in full.
-
I Suspect Murty will be there to see out the season.
