Absolutely. Keeper would install some confidence in our defence and a striker if lethal would put most games to bed early doors as we are simply not clinical enough. 3 quality additions would probably transform this team.

I think he’s alright when he’s beside Goldson. Definitely has some good attributes but I don’t think he’s suited to a team that shouldn’t lose games - or really even concede goals - that often. 

Who's to say, you keep your head down, in a few years' time you could be in the hot seat, like me.

Profligacy...

Our defensive play is just as much of an issue. We haven’t lost any points this season to 0-0 games. Of the league games we’ve dropped points, the 4-0 against them is the only time we’ve not scored. 

Favourite part of the match was Cantwell sprinting back half the pitch in the 92nd minute to win a meaningless ball on the wing. 
 
If you’ve got effort and commitment like that it’s half the battle.

Cantwell chasing down the opposition over 40 yards in the 95th minute with us 5-2 up. He's going to be a great player for us.

Seems pretty reasonable to have someone who pulls together the first team, the academy, the medical department, scouting, analytics, etc. given how disparate those departments and skillsets are. The fact we've had the wrong people doing it doesn't invalidate the role. 

No problem with the board approaching him. No problem with him saying not interested. 
But when he putts the phone down and then leaks it to the press. That I have a problem with. Looks to me that we dodged a bullet here.

Amazing that despite bringing in Raskin and Cantwell, we still require a lot of changes in midfield too.
Kamara’s race is run as a Rangers player and he needs to be sold. Same thing for Davis and Arfield who are miles past their best now.
Lundstram, with one year left on his deal and two years of at best inconsistency, needs to be punted back to England.
Jack, while useful, needs to have a reduced role if he signs a new deal because his body isn’t up to it.
It’s frightening just how much work needs to be done to this squad.

I back Goldson as a CB, been watching us home and away since about 1982 add Europe in from about 1996 until now, seen some better CB but also seen a lot worse.
Some folk rate him, some don’t but you go on about him constantly, which is your prerogative but no idea what the ‘generation’ has to do with it.

Morelos, Kent, Barisic and Kamara were comfortably £60m worth of assets over their Rangers career, be doing well to get much over £5m now. 

Took us from our strongest position in 20 years to needing a complete rebuild in 3 transfer windows...

His job is to protect our assets at the club not just sign new talent and we are about to let 12 million pound of investment waltz out the door
