Just back from the Nairn Dunbar Five Day Open, over qualifying for the scratch (I’m off 4), managed to get through to the second round where I got beat off a 15 year who played off of 1. I was 1 under scratch through 14 and only ahead 1 up but proceeded to lose the next three to lose 2&1. Tough school but great golfing week 🏌️‍♂️🏌️‍♂️🏌️‍♂️

Like many of the top class keepers we’ve been blessed with over the last 20 years, AMcG has mastered the art of being redundant for 99% of the match but able to pull off the big save when needed, a top class goalie who’s still doing his best to right the wrong decisions he made in 2012, I’m glad he’s our number one regardless of when he let us down when in our darkest day, that’s his shame to forever carry 🤷‍♂️👍🇬🇧

The reality of seeing fans getting selfies with “struthi” bear outside the SOS’s store on PRW recently only reiterated the demeaning lengths our current custodians went to when fighting for power.
