I trained normally as I always would with the team."I'm ready for competition again, but I will not take any chances. My injury is a bad memory. Most importantly, I'm ready to play again."Bougherra was unable to play for his home nation in their previous warm-up game against the Republic of Ireland – a match they lost 3-0 – but says he half expects to play some part in Saturday’s final friendly against the United Arab Emirates and is hopeful he will be back to full health and make Algeria’s opening World Cup fixture against Slovenia.Looking to the future, Bougherra insists his team can move forwards and learn from the mistakes of their last friendly: "It was a warm-up game. Forget the loss and think only of what awaits us in the coming days."The meeting with Ireland is a lesson for us. If he has a blinder of a World Cup and big clubs come calling, then we get a lot of needed cash to boost our squad.If not, then he will stay at Ibrox a lot longer, so no matter what happens we are in a win/win situation.
