Played 4-4-2 the last few times at the piggery. Miller needs a partner for these games imo, just hope hen plays weiss (which he probably won't).

Anyway i guess he knows what he is doing.... :sherlock:

I have no doubt that he does (tu)

It will be interesting to see how he plays it anyway.

The Rangers striker has sustained ligament damage and though the exact timescale of his recovery will not be known until after he has surgery on Tuesday. However, the Croatian FA reported the injury as “serious”.

Jelavic’s absence could see him missing some hugely important matches in the coming weeks, not least the Old Firm clash against Celtic at Parkhead on October 24.

Following the international break, the Ibrox side have a home match against Motherwell on October 16. Though Jelavic would not have been involved against Valencia the following midweek he is certain to have been in Smith’s plans for the Celtic match.

Barring a quick recovery, the Croatian hitman could also miss the Co-operative Cup tie at Kilmarnock on October 27 and the home SPL match against Inverness three days later.

Well it was going to happen sooner or later so the timing isn't too bad considering we don't play for a fortnight.

We've just got to hope Miller & Lafferty come through the internationals unscathed and Beattie gets his fitness up.

At least Laffertys been playing better than last season and wee Naisy can play off Miller if needed. ( like the Bursapor game).

Weiss will almost certainly feature every game til he returns.

naisy up front it is.

If we play 4-4-2, then it will be Lafferty or Beattie upfront with Miller.

Don't like the idea of going to celtc park and playing Kenny Miller up on his own.

I think Walter will move Weiss to the right, play Lafferty on the left and Naismith will play off Miller.... that's assuming they're all fit.

Huge loss, fucking raging at that cunt Black.

The fact the wee moron never got sent off either is shocking. Black makes no attempt to win the ball, the tackle then results in Jelavic being ruled out for weeks while Black gets away Scot free.

Massive blow, not just for the Celtic game but for Motherwell and the others he'll miss.

Hope he recovers well and step up Kyle son, here's your chance !

Looked a realy nasty tackle on tv, this was the kind of thing we had all been dreading as the squad is so small! Its now up to big lafferty or beattie to get himself fit and ready for the next game! Beattie will not be happy at the big man having to go under the knife but surely he must be looking at this as a great chance to shine! (tu)

Gutted :disappointment:
