I fucking hate the song, but people have to admit it's catchy as fuck. On sunday as soon as the GB got this song going their whole ground joins in, but when we play them at Ibrox we don't create as much atmosphere compared to what they done. TBO and UB try their best to get an atmosphere going, and the likes of the BB and No Pope of Rome are starting to be sung at our games again, but the majority of the people at Ibrox just don't want to join in to try and help them out. Don't want people getting the wrong idea. Ibrox is fucking shocking for an atmosphere. I would like TBO and UB to sit together in one big section. I am not sure if it would happen though. TheNuts 552 Posted February 22, 2011 Share Posted February 22, 2011 i have to agree with the OP. the GB have done a good job this season in terms of bring atmosphere. even with smoke bombs, the huddle thing they do, displays away from home (such as the paper ones at ibrox).nobody can deny that they have outdone TBO by a country mile this season. the union bears are a waste of time in my eyes, they are like a dripping tap in the corner of the stadium. I honestly believe TBO need to become more, as pathetic as it sounds, "ultra".Ibrox can create a fantastic atmosphere, but it just seems as though our efforts are softcore compared to theirs. many members and supporters may prefer this, but the only way we are going to create a fantastic atmosphere is if the supporters groups start delving into more ultra-like demonstrations.Although it is not solely the supporters groups job to create atmosphere, if they make it a more hostile situation for the opposition, and get the home support fired up by other ways than banging that drum, then the atmosphere will be fantastic.This issue has been boiling in my for some time now and it is hard to admit this. I thought the exact same about the stand, I don't know if TBO would be happy to move, or indeed the UB would be happy to move down.
