If he is as fit as he's making out, think a EPL side will come in for him. Due to the money floating about down there, he would probably still be able to command a 1-2 year contract on decent wages. It's a gamble we can't afford to take. Think he would only end up here on a pay as you play deal as a very last resort. Would be great if we could get him on that sort of deal. Even a month to month rolling contract would still be worth a punt. Just can't see it happening though.

Listened to an interview today on TalkSport with some or other expert on injuries.He says Hargreaves problems start when he plays and the swelling on his knee then starts to build up.After a few games he is unfit.They had a good suggestion though saying Hargreaves should offer to play for nothing until Christmas and then all being well a contract can be negotiated then.
