jack1690 793
Sir David no longer owns the club, the effort wasted in bemoaning him should be spent more productively.Agree, but johnston was part of that legacy. I think hes got a fucken cheek tbh
caseyjones 3,009
In the summer when we are not chasing the SPL title. This is not the time to drag this shite up after one of our most difficult weeks. If there is a legitimate reason for an investigation to be started, it should be done now. disgruntled_bear 157
Under which of the above does this organisation have a mandate to investigate us ?It's just a guess, but. It could be AJ challenging Craig Whyte past. "deals with the disqualification of unfit directors in all corporate failures"; would be one of the parts of what this company deals with. We'll soon find out though. gunslinger 270
if the sole intention of whyte when he bought us was liquidation then its illegal. its also a disgrace. if.
CoistyRules 0
A few people saying what's in it for AJ.Fucking obvious is it not? AJ and Paul Murray making a play to get Whyte out and them back in. They are using the DR and the BBC as their vehicle for this. Trying to run Whyte out of town. Round one to them, as the croud on Sunday and people doubting their season tickets has shown.Whyte is a cunt. I'd still have him any day of the week over these dicks. Scumbags made this whole mess and now they want back in. Fuck Off.WEATHER THE STORM, DON'T RUN OUT INTO IT.
Blue and True 311
AJOf the SURRENDER NOWhat is he up to.the more I think (yes I know I shouldnt)the more it occurs AJ and backers might just be up to something.I cant for the life of me consider that getting Whyte is more important to him than The Rangers. caseyjones 3,009
Under which of the above does this organisation have a mandate to investigate us ?Can't answer your specific question, but I wouldn't think they would take any action without good reason. If there's nothing in it, no worries.

HG5 11,411
GentlemenPardon my ignorance in such matters, but what is the entailment of all this for the club ?Murray'll get it back & properly cop the flak for the trouble he's landed it in? Guardian 4,281
Unless he uncovers some major fraud, I wouldn't support a Rangers where he was in charge.Call me fickle, but anyone causing this much strife had better be doing so for a good reason and not to score points, or even worse, cash in on Whytes success. Jimfanciesthedude 24,937
No. The players should be used to this stuff by now...it's no excuse for not performing.you would think that but why take the chance, if AJ is the fan he says then surely the league title must come first right nowif whyte has been up to no good then it can be dealt with in or after the summer, a couple of months wont make a difference surely
