Under which of the above does this organisation have a mandate to investigate us ?

It's just a guess, but. It could be AJ challenging Craig Whyte past. "deals with the disqualification of unfit directors in all corporate failures"; would be one of the parts of what this company deals with.

We'll soon find out though.

A few people saying what's in it for AJ.

Fucking obvious is it not? AJ and Paul Murray making a play to get Whyte out and them back in. They are using the DR and the BBC as their vehicle for this. Trying to run Whyte out of town. Round one to them, as the croud on Sunday and people doubting their season tickets has shown.

Whyte is a cunt. I'd still have him any day of the week over these dicks. Scumbags made this whole mess and now they want back in. Fuck Off.

WEATHER THE STORM, DON'T RUN OUT INTO IT.

I looked at that one as well db - but would the investigation then not be at CW personally rather than the club ?

No. The players should be used to this stuff by now...it's no excuse for not performing.

you would think that but why take the chance, if AJ is the fan he says then surely the league title must come first right now

if whyte has been up to no good then it can be dealt with in or after the summer, a couple of months wont make a difference surely
