Clemdog 39,389
The Fields of the Founding Fathers would be quite Harry Potterish. And we all know the link there. JK Rowlings Aunt, knows Cliffy Byro who are Kilmarnock fans and Kilmarnock play in the SPL against Rangers.
Clemdog 39,389
In all honesty it's a tough one.And one I'd be interested to know the outcome of. Not sure who I'll vote for.

GailhealachBear 1
Murray wasnt over keen to have the place named after him at the time. Has to be David Cooper Academy.
Fastrax 274
Are Moses McNeil Academy & Davie Cooper Academy on some sort of shortlist for the renaming or is that just the OP's opinion on what we should call it?

Rupret 223
The poll doesn't allow for no votes without registering a name. I will risk negative rep but ...Moses McNeil Academy (Yes I know but ...)Davie Cooper Academy (One of the best, Aberdeen free kick(s), but stilled failed at times)Other? (For me no contest, my era I would call it the "Smith Park"),or something similar
TheBluebells 6,898
Out of the 2 choices that are their would have to vote for Moses McNeil Academy. But would prefer it to be named The Founding Fathers Academy.I quite like that

wearethepeople1 3,897
The William struth academy, or the rangers footballing academy for meHowever, one thing I feel strongly about us getting the Govan stand renamedThe Sir (once Her Majesty makes it official) Walter Smith StandHe is our best manager in a generation and only second to Bill Struth Sir Walter deserves recognition, but not at the training ground, at Ibrox, at our home, at our soul

Konovolov 135
I voted other, as I:a) don't have any imagination to come up with a name of my ownb) As other people have said, naming after Moses Mcneil ignores the other founders, and also I wasn't really around during Cooper's spell at the club, but surely no matter how great he was, he doesn't deserve the accolade of having our training complex named after him.The thing that I don't like though is the whole "academy" thing, just makes it sound like a shite school (I attended one of the said schools in North Ayrshire).
