Best Rangers XI Since Walter's Return?

Not that you'd know it, looking at the Bears Den, but aside from being a significant portion of Scots Law, Rangers occasionally have a kick-about.

Let's talk about that.

Best XI out of Rangers players since Walter and Ally returned to replace Paul Le Guen.

Go.

Probably not the best individuals we have had but that's the team I would like to see....lots of pace and guile! With sur David of weir leading us into battle!

Surely Hutton?? He was outstanding in the first half of the 07/08 season and in the Champions League matches. Not surprised we got 9million for him.

Anyway..............

McGregor, Hutton, Papac, Bougherra, Cuellar, Naismith, Aluko, Mendes, Thomson, Miller and Boyd.

It was hard to leave out Weir and Davis, but it had to be done.

It's not necessarily who I thought was better, more who I preferred.

It depresses me to think of the players we've had over the past few years. At the time, I didn't appreciate it.

Are you ally? Papac at left mid? Lol! I'm getting a clearer picture why you are happier with the performances this season than the majority of us!

Davis Mendes Naismith Templeton

Boyd Jelavic

Davis was a better RM than he was a CM. Naismith is never a winger I preferred him playing at CM where he looked really good. Templeton's the only proper left-winger we've had in years and years so he'd walk in to this team. Miller has always been inconsistent with his scoring because he's not a natural finisher so Boyd it is.
