Goianegra 4,684
How much does the likes of:Effect how special moments like these are/were for you?: Obviously no one is bigger than the club, but do you look back on these moments with the same satisfaction as you did when they were still Rangers players or celebrate through gritted teeth and find them a bit more sour?Anyone even try and erase them from your memory altogether? Wasn't that long ago I read someone on here say they didn't celebrate any Miller goals for us and said the 4-2 game finished 2-2 to them, and Miller was a saint compared to what this lot done. Dutchy 1,200
I think all Gers fans enjoyed what they did for the club when they were here, it's just the manner of their leaving that grates.
1st_Jan_1994 4,868
I struggle to watch old footage if I'm honest Even when the traitors were hereI tend to really enjoy the moment then put it to the back of mind and concentrate on present memories good or bad
jim beam 2,188
They should just have left and that would have been that instead of the cringeworthy interview they gave beforehand.
Redsox1 1,361
I find that I like older footage better now.like the 3 / nil game against the bheasts that was reposted yesterday.

bombaybadboy08 15,660
I just try and think of it as I'm a Rangers supporter, not an Allan McGregor supporter etc.Never liked Kenny Miller but I celebrated his goals for my club and I will look back on the traitors the same way. mitre_mouldmaster 21,509
Bunch of big women."Oh my feelings were so hurt! I loved them so much and they tore my heart out!"FFS, whats done is done.Dont have an issue with most of them, Naismith is the exception. Still glad he scored the goals he did for us though. legalbeagle 3,734
For a variety of reasons I haven't watched any footage for well over a year. I think I would find it hard to watch them, they tainted my view of them hugely to the point of their achievements being meaningless.
simplythebest 11,453
Can still watch the moments and enjoy them, bit more difficult to though

FlippinEck 3,708
Bunch of big women."Oh my feelings were so hurt! I loved them so much and they tore my heart out!"Exactly, when administration hit, they all negotiated release clauses (at silly prices?) into their reduced contracts so they all knew that leaving was a possibility. The fact they didnt transfer over and allow us to recoup even a little bit of money is what I believe irks most supporters, including myself. bombaybadboy08 15,660
Can i take the next turn? Aye, there's a queue forming here but MM is that forgiving he would probably be making us a brew and sandwiches while we're at it
bigblueyonder 11,156
Interesting question, not really one for seeking out old footage and if I did would be from earlier times to them...Another question though, the supporters now who are trying to 'rid' the club of the spivs and Green & co etc, do they feel any different about the traitors? I mean surely they must see them in a positive fashion as they never supported Green by transferring over? This isn't meant as a dig so if it comes over as one I don't really care... rangersfc77 170
As one of my favourite poets put it "Wha would be a traitor nave, Wha would fill a cowards grave" or "What force or guile could not subdue through many war like ages, Is rocked now by the coward few for hireling trade or wages" I believe these choice phrases sum up these parcel o rogues
boss 1,941
No-one will ever take those glorious moments away from us. But the traitors are personae non gratae for the rest of their lives as far as I'm concerned.
Ferdasyn 431
Don't have any problems watching old footage at all - some of those games and goals were the best moments I've had supporting Rangers
choochooblue 342
Watching those footages was great, got that spine tingling feeling again . I think when those games come round again in a couple of years the atmosphere will be tenfold. Bring it on !
Inigo 32,534
I have to admit, each moment involving them has been tainted for me. Naismith and Whittaker especially after THAT interview. I don't think I'll ever forgive them.
