trueblue68 2,497
Johnny Hubbard was not bad at them either. Ally wins it for nearly giving me a heart attack with both spot kicks in this game.

JCDBigBear 10,989
Davie Meiklejohn v them in 1928 cup final was a memorable one for RFC as it was the first goal to beat the Hampden Hoodoo (25 years without winning it). No, I wasn't there but a very fine long deceased great uncle of mine was there. Meek was one of his heroes and he often remarked on this game. UKIP BEAR 370
Mccoist v celtic 3-2 cup final. But not the one he scored, the one he missed.Picture it.2-2.Rangers penalty.McCoist shoots,Bonnar saves. The taigs leap into the air behind Bonnar's goal,oh dear!McCoist nets the rebound.3-2 to the Rangers.I was in the old Rangers end that day and to see the taigs jump for joy opposite me ,then slump in utter dejection will live with me forever.I still laugh at it 30 years later.Infact im laughing as i write this.lolHaving said all that,im not ashamed to say that i cried when Nacho stuck that penalty away in florence.Magical.Just watched the LC final goals again for the first time in years, what a day that was. That Rangers end was bouncing.Bring back standing areas for the young guys to enjoy watching football the way we did. wully 49,705
The PSG penalty shootout too! Some great penalties there (and some dodgy ones). Love Amo's.Only Bert Konterman could hit the underside of the bar, the keepers back and still stay out the net.
STEPPS BOY 77,603
Nacho's in Florence.Sasa's in Florence was coolness personified, watched the keeper all the way then stroked it in.
ready1873 3,952
Apart for the obvious; Miller at the Piggery to go 2-1 up in 2010. The game we won 3-1.Second half that day was amazing.
JR 1,480
There's the obvious Nacho & Albertz candidates for their meanings but my personal favourite is Albertz knocking out Lambert's teeth, leaving him poleaxed on the turf, then Albertz dusting off his blood stained knees and stroking the resultant penalty home. Muirheadbear 1,483
Davie Meiklejohn in the 1928 scottish cup final - end of the hoodoo!
TEFTONG 61,299
Nacho's but Trevor Francis in Skol cup final, 2 step run up ! mental haha I loved the Francis penalty. Especially "bandy leighton" going ape shit at the sheer audacity of Trevor the Feather with that two step. Great memory. But yeah for what it meant it has to be Nacho. Copland bear 7,966
nacho's is the only one that ever had me close to tears. A European final, Manchester might not be big enough quote on tv, 5 years after Seville bullshit the beach ball was well and truly burst. Just wished we won the final. *Manticore* 1,893
However there where quite a few back in 72 especially away to Sporting Lisbon. There shouldn't have been a penalty shoot out and if I remember correctly we missed them all.Apart from that, good point, well made
G.E.C. 19,594
Sasa in Florence. Simply because of the composure, especially when Fiorentina had the advantage at the tinme.
Jimfanciesthedude 25,619
Ricksens at Tynecastle deserves a mention, about to drop 2 vital points, linesman gives us a penalty, all hell breaks loose, 2 sent off, fights amongst players5 minutes later fernando calmly thumps home the penalty to give us a 2-1 win,
