folkestoneger 8,452
Has been the most exciting player to have came through our youth ranks in a good few years. Hope the wee mans career takes him far in the game and we see him back in the future at Ibrox. He has been the only player to come through our ranks recently as Aird is never ever a player

Parlaneloyal 353
It's a sad day when we've got no choice to sell our players to a club like Brentford!!

NixonRFC 1,473
£425k up front and the other £425k in 3 installments...with a 15% sell on clause...what a shite deal
whytes3 254
Good luck Lewis. A fantastic prospect. It's a hard one to take as a fan. We are now a selling club to teams like Brentford but sadly that is the present reality. As for the price, I'd love to have seen another zero on the end of that deal but again, it reminds us of where we are at just now. Plus bear in mind around a year ago there was talk of him never playing again after his health scare.Let's hope this bit of business and the share transaction today are the catalyst of us turning the corner on and off the park
OneDavidCooper 2,505
Have the bullies who gave out abuse to the bear who broke this news on here had the good grace to apologise to him yet?
NixonRFC 1,473
Stevie May scored 27 goals in the top flight last year and was a pivotal part of the St Johnstone side who won their first ever Scottish Cup and he only went for £800k to a much bigger club than Brentford, given the prices clubs with not much money in Scotland can generate this is a decent deal, it doesn't feel or sound like it because we are Rangers
bombaybadboy08 15,660
Made the journey these past few years almost bearable.Hope you go on to bigger and better things after Brentford, and return here one day(before you're 35 preferably).Good luck Lewis. cushynumber 25,178
Raped mate fukking raped.------------------------------------------------------------Na mate - I don't think he is that great and hasn't been tested at any decent level. A decent fee and I will not be bothered he is going to be honest.
GWR1979 1,987
Gutted. I had hoped to see him play in the top division. Hopefully now some of our other young players step up.
Creampuff 22,628
Horrible news for us as a club, probably a good move for the player though. A class above this level, deserves to be playing with - and against - better players. One of the few ex-Rangers players I'll be keeping an eye out for and hoping for good things.Best of luck, Lewis
Burnbankblue 22
@ScottBF2 we are worse than when we sold Jelavic, we are left with a team of duds and has beens.
stfu 596
Good luck Lewis. A great talent and one of the few reasons to keep going over the last couple of seasons. This season he has especially stood out when players like Wallace have been poor.Just a joke that we have become a club that sells its best players to Brentford. scarkev 3,540
What a waste!!!! Had Mccoist not been such a joke we could have built a team around macleod without wasting millions on overpriced duds like black etc....he couldn't even get a game in his favoured position because of that cancer....I fucking hate ally for what he has done to us! Good luck lewis, I hope he kicks on and becomes a success down south in the long term!
