Prso's headband 36,807
We absolutely should be aiming higher than a manager like Rodgers, even if it cuts into our transfer budget. We should be linked with managers like Prandelli, Schaaf and Marcelo Biesla. We'll probably be linked with Gary Rowett, Lee Johnson and Mike Phelan. We'll end up, sadly, with McInnes, Davies or Tommy Wright

Grundy 737
Every time I switch my laptop on I think about starting a new thread called " is he gone yet ". He is a most likeable guy but I think most of us have come to realise he is not the man to take us forward. I can see why McInnes is favoured by some, especially as we're not liable to attract a top continental manager, and seeing the team he has assembled I don't think he would be a bad choice. However, in the long term we require investment to get even close to the other mob and I don't see where that's coming from. Without a rich individual stepping up I don't see any way we can compete in the immediate future, hope I'm wrong.

Scott19 23-10-2015, 14:16 Jimmy Calderwood was always a manager I didn't mind too much considering and thought he done not too bad at the clubs he was at. Better than your Mixu's etc, the managers that seem to get a club regardless of how p*sh they are. Very curious as to where this has come from. Has he applied for a job that we've advertised? Interesting. Russell RFC 23-10-2015, 14:42 He was doing some scouting for us last season FoC, I believe. Perhaps continuing with this? He's been out the game a long time. williewoodburn 23-10-2015, 14:50 Who is the black fella in the middle ;-) Pele of course...always been good mates with Jimmy Nic !
