The SFA which are known for transparency and accountability will reply to an FoI request which they're not bound by because it would be nice if they did so even though they've never done it in the past. HOPLITE 221 Posted October 25, 2017 Share Posted October 25, 2017 The compliance officer no-matter who it is, is causing more harm than good maybe it time this position was dispensed with, I see ex-compliance officer Lundy says in Engerlund the panel consists of 3 ex-refs but in Scotland it doesn't as it is too time consuming and costly so the question has to be asked "who does sit on the panel?" in Scotland......................and are the qualified to judge incidents such as Sundays.
