In Finland, no, in Europe, no, in Scotland where by your own omission he is judged to a different standard YES.... which to tie back to the original point is why he would go unnoticed in England, he would be seen as he is in Europe as just another player which is exactly how he should be refereed.

It is highly likely no one would speak about "flicks at Brown" as in England the first time someone attempted to irk Morelos in that way Brown does he would be booked for it and told to stop being a cunt because that is how the situation should be refereed rather than it being allowed to manifest over a number of games when one player is allowed to kick the shit out of the other and it is expected the other never reacts... yet in the instance they do react they are judged to the standard of "flicked at Brown" without the context and narrative of what led to the flick.

If in England Morelos was handled the way McKenna did at Aberdeen it is highly likely McKenna would have been booked long long before said incident.

In England someone like Porteous wouldn't even be near the level he is playing at because he would have been refereed of the park years ago.

he might fall foul to the smart snide bastards in the league now and then but wouldn't be an exception or seen as someone in incidents every few weeks - again because games in other competions are refereed properly.

He is refereed by narrative and personality which in turn drives the perception of disciplinary issues.... you have fell for it...

Other leagues watching how the Scottish game is refereed and re-refereed must be puzzled at how the laws of the game are applied.

that’s a long narrative but you never answered if AM has a disciplinary issue.

It's not really narrative though, our manager a pretty widely respected name in World Football who played at an insane level has basically come out and said, the game here is shite and needs refereed properly....

I did answer your question.

In Finland - No

In Europe - NO

In Scotland even you have said he is refereed to a different standard - that's no a discipline issue, that is a being refereed to a different standard issue.

The manager has highlighted two different issues in his presser ‘discipline and processes’, you need to separate both and admit both need improving.

Agreed. The proof surely is in his record in the EL the last 3 years which was not a problem.
