I'm nearly 70 now and was an avid Scotland fan up to a few years ago, my wife was always on at me to take her to a Scotland game and 5 years ago I relented and took her to see Scotland v Slovakia and Vladimir Wiess came on as a substitute, well the people around me booed and directed vile abuse at him calining him a h*n and and a Orange bassa and it was not a few hundred, it was thousands of them

He wasn't even playing with us anymore , now I quietly support the national team from the couch , I'm happy if they win, but it doesn't bother me too much if they lose, there is one thing, I'll NEVER sit among them ever again
