Colin Traive 23,879
Don’t know if others heard him before the game but he gave a grovelling apology (sorry, clarification) for his comments around McCoist breaking the Hate Crime Act. ’Went too far’ was just one of his comments and the BBC gave him a platform to extricate himself having provided the shovel to dig the hole in the first place. Apology needed and accepted but his reputation damaged beyond repair imo. Bobby Hume

Popular Post DrLaudrup 5,077
I'm not surprised by anything that comes out of his mouth. Given he current climate in Scotland over hate speech his comments were inflammatory and a disgrace. He should be nowhere near top sports journalism. I had Sportsound on and it was positively reeking of anti-Rangers sentiment. Switched to Clyde and it was the same from Keevins and the rest of them. I don't mind people being celtic-minded (folk can't help their parents) but it is the lack of balance right through the mainstream scottish media. They are all desperate for celtic to win this league. Bobby Hume, Colin Traive, HG5 and 2 others
The Beast 9,503
When Michael Stewart calls you out for your criticism of a Rangers related person you know that "too far" is a dot in your rear view mirror. Bobby Hume, GA1972 and five stars
bam74 1,080
Heard the clip last night and his comments were an absolute disgrace. How he came up with that interpretation of McCoist's tongue in cheek statement just showed his true colours. Now that he has "apologised" that will be him, unfortunately, free to continue spouting shite on bbc radio. Bobby Hume

teddybear1975 2,296
Has a platform to air his opinion but fails miserably trying to be controversial but ends up sounding incompetent. Fud.

Popular Post B1872 21,931
Watching Sportscene just now and Michael Stewart is the co-commentator. You would have less bias if it was celtic tv, it’s that bad. Sums up BBC Scotland that continually give the likes of English, Stewart and Angela Haggerty the platform to spread their bile. He done the same when Warnock came up here made allsorts of claims about him and they where challenged by his Co hosts but when it comes to Rangers bashing in any form it goes unchallenged. He will probably just laugh it off but make no mistake, English makes a complete weapon of himself here. Bobby Hume
left winger 15,621
Last week he called out celtic fans for singing about the IRA. Got some grief for it, and decided to use Ally's comments to get back in their good books. Bobby Hume, AGM_72, HG5 and 1 other
