Had that as a poster on my bedroom wall. Think it was in Shoot or Match.

Think the opposite side was a celtic team photo.

I'd like it framed in the mancave, I'm always on the look out for that shirt also to get it framed it's my favourite.

We’ve won 19 major honours, they’ve won 40.

Don't even know what to say to that.

We need a long term plan put in place or we’re going to be an afterthought of this league within the next decade.

The events of 2012 gave them both trophies and the financial boost to enable them to speculate with recruitment while we make panicky decisions and still live beyond our means. Every year they fail in Europe but still earn far more season after season so the trend continues.

Charbonnier. Actually thought he was a really good keeper for us. Was the spit of the cunt that used to run us to the games in his Sherpa van

Used to see him after games, stuck in the traffic at the top of the Broomloan, same as us, in his wee car, think it was a mini metro, or something very unfootballer like!

Charbonnier was a great keeper, but he had that mad Grobellar esque streak about him aswell, and was always capable of doing something a bit nuts.

But, from memory, never let us down.

He was unlucky that an even better keep took his place. Like you I don't recall him letting us down. He was very unlucky to lose a deflected goal against Bayern Munich...that was a sickener to say the least.

Thread had me looking back at that great 99/00 team at work last night and got me thinking what would be the best Rangers XI of the 21st century and how would they be set up.

Went for this I think it has everything, strength, power, mentality, goals, cool heads, technical ability and above all winners!

Thoughts? Who would you swap out?

Maybe Prso for Mols.

But in all honesty I can't get past thinking that even if I could pick any player of the last 24 years I'd still take the below if Walter was in charge.

McGregor

Whittaker Bougherra Weir Papac

Naismith Davis Edu Lafferty

Jelavic Miller

Loved Papac but Numan was a superior footballer, toyed with Bougie too, Lovenkrands was a personal favourite so hard to leave out.

And your great-great-great-granddaughter, is pretty fine.

I always wondered if Busted were actually that stupid to think that the year 3000 would allow for the great-great-great grandaughter to still be alive - idiots.

Aye, Charbonnier was very good in his spell before injury. I remember singing "Lionel Charbonnier" to the tune of "Les Marseillais", and once when he pulled off a tremendous save, the PA playing "Les Marseillais" during the game, only time I've ever heard that happen during a match before.

Then he got injured, Klos came in and that just restricted his opportunities.
