Maarko_1 2
Surely got to go out on loan? Dont see a place for him in the team at all in the season? Definitely dont think he should be our cover for RB either!
tannerall 25,935
I wouldn't have thought he had the strength or tackling ability to be a conventional RB from what I saw in previous seasons, but Mr Warburton appears to see something in him, Maybe he'll develop and pleasantly surprise me. A Gallant Pioneer 555
Be best if he was moved on permanently.

Maarko_1 2
If not him, then who?!Exactly! no way would i feel confident with him lining up against a decent championship team, the only real option we have is Ball who can hopefully slot in at both full back positions if really needed
Skyson1872 2,923
Done decent when he came on today. I'd keep him on the bench as cover for full backs and wings. Like a utility man.

But I think with the way we play, we almost need wingers at fullback rather than CB's playing there. Just hoping Tav doesn't get injured
spion kop 233
I don't think he will go on loan, he has lost s but if weight but tightened up at the same time, I get the feeling Mr Warburton has plans for him
TMB 14,167
Ball can cover at RB. Aird isn't good enough to play for Rangers and never will be.
jamess 3,435
Don't see him being a great player, but handy having someone who can do a few jobs, and if Warbs is putting him in the team then he must have the right attitude. So see no problem in keeping him for the time being.
WilliamFyfe 1,438
He's been working hard in training and putting in a good shift at RB for the u20'sI believe Warbs likes him
barcodebear 85
Ball can cover at RB. Aird isn't good enough to play for Rangers and never will be.Oh I think a few on here said that about McKay. Thank fuck you don't manage The Rangers.
TMB 14,167
Oh I think a few on here said that about McKay. Thank fuck you don't manage The Rangers.I've always been a fan of McKay. It's been clear that McKay has talent ever since Divison 3. Aird isn't anywhere near that quality and never has been.
Bluepeter9 5,167
Good player and will develop further under MW

cumnockbear 2,446
Doing a good job for the U20's and scored a few goals, decent cover for RB position in the first team, Warburton obviously sees something in him and i trust his judgement over the haters and wannabe managers. jafrfc 614
Warburton rates him as a right back. I'll trust his judgment.

cushynumber 25,178
I have never rated him. He is Kilmarnock standard, not Rangers.

What's he said off the park, have I missed something?I trust Warburton if he see's a player there then that's good enough for me.
ZZed 4,510
I have always been unsure about Fraser's best position, MW seems to think he has a future at Rangers so I will watch this with interest as MW may produce a player we did not see in him. kanjo 26,332
If Beasley can be a good LB for the yanks, then Aird can grow into a RB. He's young and has time, too.
BigBearButt 3,655
Aird is never a footballer never mind a gers player. Rotten. Release him and see if the hobos can scrape enough to pay him wages.
