That was the old company that would have had that agreement.

We would probably have had to renegotiate or the would just pay us the same amount, but all contracts from oldco would have been invalid and new contracts would have to have been drawn up when Charles Green bought the club.

I'm sure we got a fixed price of £250000 and the promise to re instate the pitch to the condition it was prior to the rugby. Don't know who will cover the cost of the pitch having to be dug up again at the end of the season to remove the concrete that held up the rugby goal posts though.
