Goodwillie To Sign For Blackburn Tomorrow

Recommended Posts

Did anyone really believe that Dundee Hibernians would sell to us?

Personally we can use that £2.8m tomorrow and get Juhasz,Verboek and the American lad in by upping all the offers to acceptable levels and then use the Boogie money for another striker and pay the going rate.

Might have done us a favour missing out on him oh and i hope we pump they bastards thoroughly every game this season..fuckin taig bastards

Boycott the next tannadice game. Sept 10th, that's the only way to hurt the bastard Thompson, in the fucking pocket. He never had any intention of selling to us.

He can't afford an old firm boycott, make the bastard squirm !!!!

So another last minute bid this morning?

May I suggest if we want it accepted to bid £2.2M up front paid in full immediately with an additional £650k if he scores more than 15 league goals this season.

I guarantee this would be accepted, if we didn't think he was worth it we wouldn't have bid 7 times already.

I say YAY.

That's defo what fans have got to do, but that won't happen. I would like to think Rangers tell Utd that they won't be taking tickets and they will NEVER get a loan signing off us again

Just seen the backpage of the record it says its war! Anyone know what its about? I take it it means we are not hapy wae utd rejecting the same offer as bbrfc

It says that a source close to Ally is raging that we has never been allowed to talk to goodwillie. quote had open brackets but not closed!!

Said that they had put a bid in better than rovers ut thomson said they never. And Rangers had been told the deal will be signed today.

Thought , why has Goodwillie not said to thomson I want to speak with THE RANGERS?

Getting rid of the tan man will come back to haunt us, I never bought into the criticism of him. He was doing a job through very difficult times at Ibrox and still helped deliver us titles, as well as getting us some very good signings.

Bain, being part of the old board who tore into the new owners on the RFC website hours after the take-over, and part of the board who openly confessed to sitting on tens of millions as players like Miller walked for peanuts had to go.

Because maybe he doesnt want to.

If we have the money stated move it onto another striker, Goodwillie was never going to live up to the expectation on here, He's stil a young player who's had one purple patch in his career.

I'd rather Jelavic had a bit more quality and experience as his strike partner, preferable someone with Champions league experience.

Scumdee have fucked us about, they should have just said that they wouldn't sell to us under any circumstances.

They've also communicated very poorly by simply rejecting offers - I don't believe they've given us an explanation of why Blackburn's offer is supposedly better.

For all we know they've promised £1M add on if goodie is the first man on mars.

Aye someone like Kenny Miller would have been ideal....

I'm almost certain we'll bid again this morning, and I'm almost certain this will also be rejected!

Most likely scenario, if we do bid but i don't want us paying well over the odds.

Worries me though when we are saying use the money and go for someone else that he is our last strike target, could obviously be wrong but it is a concern.

Maybe it's just bitterness but I'm starting to think we might have dodged a bullet on this one.

Mibee Houtson was right in that Goodwillie would get himself into real bother in Glasgow.

The rule of thumb for a young guy socialising is that you tend to get caught or in trouble for about 1/5 of the stupid things you do. (speaking from personal experience :pipe: )

So in Goodwillies case we're talking about a proper nugget!

Kean will get sacked a couple of months into the season

Blackburn will get relegated

Goodwillie will be left to Rot away when a new foreign manager comes in

We better not bid for the wee prick when it does

Rangers fan my hoop

If it was me then then I'd never be off the fucking phone to that specky rodent telling him I want to go to nobody but the rangers

Absolutely blueben. Those "in the know" suggest the Rangers offer is actually better. They dont want to sell to us - end of.

Its up to the player now - if he really wants to move to Rangers he can refuse the move to Blackburn.
