Legaly they are going to get fucked and rightly so.

New laws will punish these bastards.

Doubt it.

The SNP are going to rush through that other law which limits the compensation that can be claimed.

Will probably end up paying out  less than £1m.

Damning!

Shameless bastards will put these poor people through it all again in Court.

But going by that, they'll loose.

Door stepping big Peter as well lol

Also, there's more going on as well, leading London based paper has been up interviewing one of those in tonight's C4 programme, and probably more will follow.

Potentially going much wider as well, out of the UK, though that hasn't been 100% confirmed as yet.

Apart from the cunts mentionng our name, it certainly appears the club like no other have just been thrown under a bus big time.

Time for plod and the justice secretary to do the fucking jobs they're paid for and get the one thing that they have swept under the carpet for fifty years and that is to establish that there was indeed a "ring" at work inside the club and expose and arrest ALL who were party to it. I give you ex  Directors of scum fc!

Strong report and didn't pull any punches.  Lawell the coward still in hiding as well.

Supreme court looks like it could be the best place for the victims and new laws blow their separate entity lie to pieces. What other club had a direct and immediate benefit from celtic boys club.

Question for BNB...

Will the new Supreme Court decision be valid for all new cases brought irrespective of when the abuse actually took place?

It is the highest court in the UK so its principle should apply to any cases that follow it.

Need to go through PI court/Sheriff possibly Court of Session.

Supreme court is the final appeal court and it may be that celtic will try and take it there if results do not go their way.

Mind you if the Supreme Court has already recently decided the point of law then they will not be allowed to go to the Supreme Court and it is not cheap going there either.

I would expect that lot to take as far as possible if results don't go their way.

Do you reckon they will eventually be found liable for millions ?
