Bluepeter9 5,167
Murty won’t get the job but tonight showed what a good manager he is - on the back of two defeats he made changes in personnel and formation - and not the ones folks on here were calling for - and got a great reaction. Good managers are made by how they react to bad spells - GM did good .

To Be A Ranger 4,032
Changed it around and it worked. Credit to him. Still won't forget the last 2 games in a hurry though. Hopefully he has learned a lot from tonight.
Smile 26,610
I'd sack him the guys a Pussy, we need winners throughout the Club.. Someone else set up that team tonight Murty was Clueless.

SonOfLuther 3,400
Deserves praise after heavy criticism, well done GM. A true asset to the club. Will continue to oversee fine talent in our youth set up and give the new manager a few gems.

Big Al 55 9,252
I like the guy and credit to him for the game tonight. He'll continue to learn. But he deserves equal criticism for not getting it right earlier. Not playing Pena for at least 30 mins in this 2 games we lost was a shocking decision. However for the first time for about 18 months we weren't overrun in midfield and we weren't laboured going forward. So well done

sonofbear 398
Out manouvered McInnes tonight for sure and gave us probably our best display in a long time.
ChampionsAgain 1,373
He's 1000% a future Rangers manager. He needs to learn a lot tho. We will see how far he's come at the weekend. Play the same tactics I think McInnes will outsmart him. He's only been here for 18 months and it looks like he knows what we are all about. Drunk and disorderly. 14,421
His team selection, formation and tactics were top notch. Mcinnes was soundly beat in every department by a youth coach who has only been in charge for a total of 11 first team games. We had lost 2 games on a trot to diddy teams and he couldn't take advantage of it. Aberdeen can keep him as based on tonight's showing he doesn't have what it takes to be a Rangers manager. He is no Alex Fergusson in the making. Maybe worth a punt as youth coach though if Murty geys the gig full time.
ritchieshearercaldow 22,137
He deserves a shot at assistant to an experienced manager, then he could be next in line.
onefootwillie 1,518
Out thought McIness tonight. Will be interesting to see if he can do the same at the weekend

He watched a team play shockingly against Dundee and didn't even bother making a 3rd change. Forgive me for saying this, but your the last person I'll listen to when it comes to judging managers.
