Murty

Murty won’t get the job but tonight showed what a good manager he is - on the back of two defeats he made changes in personnel and formation - and not the ones folks on here were calling for - and got a great reaction. Good managers are made by how they react to bad spells - GM did good .

I like the guy and credit to him for the game tonight. He'll continue to learn. But he deserves equal criticism for not getting it right earlier.

Not playing Pena for at least 30 mins in this 2 games we lost was a shocking decision.

However for the first time for about 18 months we weren't overrun in midfield and we weren't laboured going forward. So well done :pipe:

His team selection, formation and tactics were top notch.

Mcinnes was soundly beat in every department by a youth coach who has only been in charge for a total of 11 first team games. We had lost 2 games on a trot to diddy teams and he couldn't take advantage of it.

Aberdeen can keep him as based on tonight's showing he doesn't have what it takes to be a Rangers manager.

He is no Alex Fergusson in the making. Maybe worth a punt as youth coach though if Murty geys the gig full time. :troll:

Nonsense. He's never shown he's a good manager. One good win doesn't change that. He watched a team play shockingly against Dundee and didn't even bother making a 3rd change.

Forgive me for saying this, but your the last person I'll listen to when it comes to judging managers.
