Bigsasasfloppyhair 13,310
Mark Walters autobiography, out at the start of the month. Just ordered a copy. Anyone else bought it? Walters was my idol as a kid, I played wide left and just wanted to be like him. What a player, a genius on the ball and just terrified defences. Not to mention loving to destroy the tim bastards. harlands plater 16,981
First memory of Mark is watching him destroy Scotland in a televised schoolboys international from Wembley. Think it ended something like 4-3, have a faint memory that Ally Dick had a great game for Scotland as well. trueblue 64

I watched him playing for an England youth team at Villa park around 1982, best man on the park. Next time I saw him was against a.deen Jan 1991 and he scored the winner. Magic player. LegendofCoop 17,303
That turn v's Hearts!! Was a pleasure to hear him on RTV at the weekend there. Never stopped referring to Rangers as 'We'. When asked what his abiding memory was of playing for Rangers....of all the great memories he could have picked, he simply said...'Scoring my first goal. Against Raith Rovers it was. Just being able to say I'd scored a goal for the famous Glasgow Rangers was special for me'! Loved that!! Rideout got a hattrick? harlands plater

TEFTONG 60,109
The 1st time I saw him do that double shimmy is a memory to cherish. Then the falling back swinging cross he put in for Hateley to put us 1 up v the sheepshaggers to win the League. Legend.

Terry Hurlock Loyal 12,133
Absolute hero of mine, when I was a young lad - alongside Terry Butcher at the time. What a team we had, just wish we actually had the impact in Europe that we really should have had with the cream of English talent at our disposal. Smell the hotdog 4,015
Bought it for my da for when he gets back from offshore. I was just a bit too young to remember Walters. Haven’t heard one bear say nothing but good things about him. markem

Bigsasasfloppyhair 13,310
I loved Mark Walters. The ability he had was outstanding, drifting from from wide to influence play, a great provider of goals and scored some really important goals for us. Looking forward to reading the book. Bobby Hume 13,086
It was like having our very own top Brazilian player ... he had everything you could want in a player of that standing and he was ours. I hope his book is as great a success for him as he was with us ... it is on my list for all the great memories he has given me.
