He was only given a warning for the comments about the linesman. He was sacked for asking a female co-worker to tuck something into his trousers suggestively which is basically sexual harrasment. May be a big Rangers man etc but that’s fucking creep behaviour.

Aye I have seen the clip, that's just the one that got caught on camera but if that's his normal behaviour towards women then no doubt there were other instances. May be a big Rangers man etc but that’s fucking creep behaviour. He was guilty of inappropriate comments that no longer belong in modern working environment. Fair enough. But it was no more than typical lad humour and I honestly don't think he meant any harm whatsoever; he and other blokes around him were just cracking jokes and no one ever said they felt uncomfortable about it until the complaint was made that got him shafted out his job. Plenty of women still class that type of thing as banter and either initiate it or readily join in and give as good as they get. It all used to be par for the course when I started working 25yrs back and some of the birds would take the sexual references to a far greater extreme than us lads would. But as I say, not deemed acceptable nowadays and especially not if a female feels uncomfortable about it so fair enough. But Andy Gray is not creepy at all imo. Just a victim of outdated habits that are no longer PC. If he was in ANY WAY a sex pest then in the current climate (since Saville-gate basically) women would have come forward and said he did x y and z. Andy is a good bear and proud to be one of us. Let's leave "creepy" to the bheasts in the east. sRcFoCt, Bobby Hume, TEFTONG and 4 others
