We don't have a creative midfield so let's do a Liverpool and play 3 actual strikers. They will then promptly set aside everything they have been told, do their own thing in their own way in their own pedantic time, as selfishly as possible then hope for the best and see how it turns out. Ā Ā After the game SG will do a post match interview lamenting that this was not a real Rangers side but he takes responsibility, then finishes with hoping we can do a better job in the next game. Or we might win and win well. Maybe Gary McAllister MBE should take this game and let SG go off somewhere on a scouting mission, or just have a day off from the managerial frustrations he is experiencing with his team.
