When it's the scum in breach of the rules then the Scottish football season is to be halted. Punishing the innocent for the faults of the guilty makes no sense at all. Wasn't just last week we were told there wasn't time for this. Leagues gonna end up cancelled due to the absolute stupidity of 2 clubs and only those 2 clubs should be punished.
