I think we keep employing managers that underestimate the difficulty of the league and the pressure of the job. I originally didn’t want Gerrard here, but now he is and he’s realised how difficult the job is maybe he’ll get things right. I think the constant swap out of managers has to stop - because that’s not working either

Gerrard's successes have been limited to say the least, so many players haven't done what he or we seemed to expect from them. I do not know who is recruiting or if it's a partnership between the manager and Allen. Poor: Davis, Lafferty, Barisic, Coulibaly, Ejaria, Grezda, Flanagan, Sadiq Average: Goldson, Murphy, McAuley, Katic, Worrall Good: Kamara, Kent, Arfield, Defoe Excellent: McGregor I think I've been kind, and maybe players like Lafferty are being a little hard done by due to the system and refusal to change it due to Morelos having to be the lone striker. It doesn't make for good reading though does it?

Exactly, would rather we had a fighter trying his best to stay up and score than someone who falls down at the slightest contact. It’s especially annoying when he’s in a good position and tries to con the ref on the off chance we get a penalty.

When Hendry retired my interest in snooker retired as well. I used to watch it avidly but now just have a passing interest. O Sullivan is a great player, but seems to have a chip on his shoulder about something and lacks class.

Voted Tav & Kent, would have voted Morelos if it wasn't for his discipline. Think Tav has been excellent this year in attack and he's been better in defense, very reliable player with a great partnership with candeias. Kent I think deserves it even although his form has cooled a little, a lot of the time I was amazed at his play and most of the time he works his socks off.

I have to agree with what others have said, this is both good and bad for us. The player gets more international exposure so we can get more money for him, but it also exposes him to more injuries and the like. There also might be another positive: if his main goal in his career is regular international football, he might just decide that playing with us is good enough for now as he's getting what he wants. Maybe the lure of the English premiership was to bolster his international career, you never know.

Don't see how any of this can be implemented. If the club is not the clear source of the problem then how can they sanction it in any way? Doesn't matter what industry you look at - there's always fucking idiots involved at some point - doesn't mean everyone's an idiot and should have to pay for it. You have scum fans going to our games to cheer on the opposition so it's not a stretch of the imagination to think they'd go there wearing one of our tops to cause trouble in the hope the club gets hit with some kind of ban or whatever. I fear this is just yet another excuse to hit us hard while being soft with everyone else. Control needs control needs control... but that's never the case with these corrupt cunts.

Totally agree, but I don’t think the midfield is our most pressing issue. We are struggling for goals at times and rely on Morelos who is an excellent overall player but can be quite wasteful. That’s why I went with Mols pre-injury.

We have problems all over the pitch so it’s a difficult one to answer. I’d go for Mols pre-injury. He’d confuse the hell out of these defences with his turn and unpredictability and score a crazy amount of goals.

Will take a monumental scum collapse for us to win the league this year, even more unlikely - it will take us winning the rest of our games this season. Couldn't do it against HIVS so, don't see it. Can only hope we do something in the cup

Has it not been a gradual increase year upon year or has it just hiked up because of Gerrard coming in and because we are looking more and more likely to put up a good challenge for the title? If it's just suddenly jumped up then stadium expansion might not be the best idea, if it's a steady increase then maybe we should be seriously looking at increasing the capacity.

I know a lot of people think it's Traynor to blame for a lot of this but I get the feeling he never really called the shots. That piece he did about the BBC treating us differently showed him to be tackling the things we as fans wanted to be raised in the media. What I got from that is that he could do that because he was separate from Rangers, and that speaks volumes.

I just don't understand how streetwise the scum are in comparison to how "un-streetwise" we are. How did we become such an easy target and soft touch? It's very strange especially when you look at the sides we've put out in the past, and the managers we've had - all very streetwise and didn't take any shit from anyone. It's how we were successful. Yet as a club? It's like we take great pleasure in bending over and baring our arse.

I think he should stay for one more season, he's been excellent this season but he still has a lot to prove and learn. I think he's still a bit raw and if he jumps ship too early he might stunt his career.
