As I said, I hope you are right and GVB proves me wrong but I’m still to see something which convinces me domestically we are going down the correct path
If Postecoglou comes to Scotland and wins the double/treble in first year I am not GVB could survive that and we should be looking at that as a real possibility unfortunately 

Exactly. The arguement that paying Gio off for what 2/3 million (less than Gerrard I'm guessing) vs losing the Champions League money to the taigs doesn't hold up
Gio isn't going to cost us 2/3 million, he's going to cost us 30/40 million & hand that to the them on a plate

Because we know the importance of winning the league this year with the funds available for CL money. I don’t see how we do that under GVB based on current standings/form

We aren’t winning this league mate. We’ve turned up in maybe 2 or 3 games all season and the majority of them were in Europe

The usual will come in this thread and do what Valance is referring to here but they are far better than us just now and you have to say the rebuild job Postecoglu has done has been excellent. To be where they were in the summer appointing a no-mark from Japan and having to rebuild the whole squad it's unfortunate but they nailed it. 
I said as far back as September/October that despite us being top of the league you could make the argument they were actually looking better and got slaughtered for it. Fact is we were massively struggling under Gerrard and are now massively struggling under Gio. The signs have been there for a while if you dared to look.
I'm not one who thinks the league is over though, at 1 point the tides can still change. But you can still think that without being oblivious to what has and is happening just now.

A few things:
1) if Gio doesn’t win the league, the party’s over for me. 4 points clear when he came in - now 1 behind. 
2) this is what happens when you spend next to nothing in 2 transfer windows. 
3) The football under GVB has been for the most part fucking awful. I didn’t see the Hearts game but we were lucky vs Livi & Dundee Utd at home. Hibs away as well. That has papered over some huge cracks 
4) too many imposters at the club and so much deadwood it is unbelievable. Everyone on here was laughing at some of their signings, ours have been atrocious in comparison. 
5) Gerrard leaving has had a massive negative effect on us. Despite his faults, I’ve yet to see anything that suggests GVB is an upgrade.

That doesn’t happen under the previous manager, simple as that.

Thread will be full of people giving him abuse but wish him well. Was absolutely miles off it but wasn't his fault he was on the wage he was and always gave it his all.

That’s about 10 points right there, and a lot of it is our own fault
