*****The Official Dundee vs Rangers Match Thread*****

Sunday 20th March 12:00pm Kickoff at Dens Park. (Live on Sky Sports Main Event)

Dundee have only picked up 1 win in the 14 Premiership matches since we played them on 4th of December, with no upturn in form since Mark Mcghee took over.

Last game before the international break. Manky mob have what should be a straightforward home match against Ross County the day before so it's vital that we don't slip up here and go into the break with a wider gap to the beasts.

I'd expect minimal changes to the team we saw last night despite the exertions of a long journey home from European away tie.

McGregor

Tav    Goldson    Balogun    Bassey

Jack

Lundstrum      Ramsay

Roofe    Morelos    Kent

What’s the news on Morelos?

I think he’s fine was brought off cos of the booking and was wasting time.

Same with Lundstram and Aribo was very good management last night.

I’d still start Roofe on Sunday though ahead of him.

Is there any point in resting him if he's not injured? He's about to go away with Columbia where he'll get a fortnight' rest sitting on the bench.

I thought he looked a bit leggy last night and wasn’t great he was poor against Dundee last week too.

I know it was only 10 mins but I thought Roofe looked very lively and full of energy and deserves a start.

Would still have Morelos on the bench obviously

Definitely a gamble, but we need to rotate our squad. I also think Roofe looks a lot fitter as of late and deserves his chance.

I though Jack looked like a guy that’s played too many games last night.

Think I’d be going

McGregor

Tav Goldson Helander Barisic

Sands Lundstram

Arfield Ramsey Sakala

Roofe

Alfie, Jack, Kent, and Aribo on the bench for emergencies.

Roofe has been really good recently in his limited minutes - definitely banging on the door for a start

If we go 3-5-2 we could play Roofe + Morelos up top with Kent behind them

2 weeks break after this. Full strength team including Ramsey and Lowry. Empty the tank. Rest up. Then onto the tarriers.

Apart from the guys that really need it like Jack and Morelos.

Is anyone else but Ramsey away?

We’re wearing our 150th anniversary kit for this.

Shambles should’ve been used at Ibrox it’s also got Unibet on the front of it what a joke.

“On a complimentary basis, all Official Rangers Stores will be able to add official club sponsors to the Gallant Pioneers for any supporter that wishes to own this version of the strip. This includes both previously sold shirts and any new sales.”

😂 why would anyone do that??
