  1. Wallace needs to sort all this shit out and stop McCoist wasting any more money on players we don't need. I wouldn't sign anyone else until we are back in the top league. If we can't win the Championship with the squad we have, McCoist needs to step aside. Gallacher should be challenging Bell, Simonson should never have been given a contract.
  2. I thought Foster had a reasonable game at RB, Faure apart from that terrible pass back was ok at CH. We looked much better after Peralta got sent off, time for him to spend some time on the sidelines.
  3. Should have been hooked before he got himself sent off, he was rank, couldn't pass the ball more than 5 yards. Poor management in my opinion. We actually played better after he walked. Well done the rest of the lads for getting us the 3 points.
  4. I was only 10 at the time of the disaster but I remember hearing the ambulances heading along Dumbarton Road heading for the tunnel. My parents never let me go to a game after that. I will never forget that night or the 66 who sadly passed away.
  5. I don't support this or any board, I support Rangers. I just fucking hope the board whoever it consists of, helps get the club back to where we belong.
  6. Received my extra ticket for the Ayr game today.
  7. Looking at the video it was amazing how the ball was kept on the deck!
  8. I like Aird and would like to see him get more game time. Looking back to the start of the season few, myself included thought Daly would be a good signing.!
  9. Ally's job is to get us back in the top league as soon as possible. As much as I would liked to have seen us give youth a chance and get the basics right before we returned to the top, that was never going to happen. We are a fickle bunch, we say we want to see a change but go to Ibrox and see the crowd bay for blood when one of the players makes a sloppy pass. Last season was awful but at least we were still playing football. This season is much better but we are nowhere near good enough. Next season will be tough but this team will get better and we will win I the league I have no doubt. Now what do i expect to happen then, the tims will beat us easily, not what I want but that is what will happen. I think it will take us 3 or 4 years to even get near them, they aren't spending any money at the moment, they are building up a war chest for our return. However we will get there, just as they stopped us getting ten in a row, we will stop them. Not sure Ally is the man to lead us to the top, but who would you replace him with?
  10. I don't believe our support are divided, Those among the support who frequent various forums would appear to be divided at times, however I doubt these supporters account for much more than 10% of the worldwide support.
  11. Daly has been the biggest surprise for me, i wasn't too impressed at his signing but he offers us so much. He holds the ball up well and some of his lay offs are superb. He well deserved his MOTM yesterday. Would like to see more of Nicky Clark, he is the type of player we should be trying to bring to the club.
  12. I really enjoyed watching the game on Saturday, we played better than we have in months, if not since the Motherwell game. We still have a long way to go, but every journey starts with the first step. If we can keep up Saturday's performance I will be one happy bear.
  13. Would have loved to see Wallace score at the end, bound to be in from the start for the home game against Croatia.
  14. I'm a Rangers fan first & foremost, don't give a fuck about the rest.
  15. Is it a case of better the devil you know. Living down in England i haven't a clue about the Easdales other than what I have read on RM. If they are Rangers fans surely they will do the best for us, nobody would want to be another Craig White!
  16. I'm a Green fan, he bought us to make money and i don't begrudge him a penny. He saved the club without a doubt - the so called Rangers men could have had the club just as easily, if they had put up the money, sadly they didn't. Quite happy to move on without him, he had his time in the spotlight and made the most of it. Now we need to move forward together and hopefully bring in some people who only have the interest of the club and the fans as their number one priority. We have survived but we have a long way to go before we will see Champions league football again. As much as I wanted the septic to get beat the other night, their entry into the group stage is bound to improve the overall standing of Scottish teams in Europe. With a bit of luck by the time we get back to the top there might even be direct entry into the group stages without qualification. We need to have some people on board who can help finance a serious attempt at winning the league at the first attempt. The septic will be hoarding the Champions league cash to make it as hard as possible for us.
  17. Back in the sixties my best mate at Broomhill primary school, a lad called Kaj Turnbull decided he would change from Rangers to Celtic. he was always slightly different, he was the first to grow his hair long. He was my best mate so I wasn't bothered, I know of nobody else that would ever consider such a thing!!
  18. I don't blame Green for today, blame lies with Ally and the players. Don't believe green went away, just took a back seat till the dust settled. I'm pleased he wants to take on a more prominent roll, I've missed his plain speaking. Yes I know he isn't everyones cup of tea, but I believe he is what we need, we havn't got a billionaire backer, we have to manage on the funds we generate at the gate and from other sources. Green will run a tight ship and in the end he brought in most of the money we have spent in the past year.
  19. Basically i don't give a fuck if Charles Green lied about Whyte, in my opinion he was the best thing to happen to Rangers in many a long year. I'd like to see him back in charge but doubt that will happen now. I shook his hand at the 140 year celebration dinner and thanked him for saving our club, I know we fans played a pretty big part but i think he did a great job in turning us around. I will be forever grateful. WATP!
  20. Personally it's not been the same since Green left, get him back soon as.
  21. Having grown up in Peterhead in the seventies and married a Peterhead quine, I hope they come up with us. Used to watch the team as a teenager when I wasn't allowed to travel to Glasgow on the local supporter's bus.
  22. As long as I can afford the season ticket & the cost of traveling from Lancashire every other week I shall continue to renew. The football hasn't been great this season but at least there was football for us to watch!
  23. I wouldn't argue with most of the list apart from Faure. I think with time there might be a good centre half in there. Alexander has been poor this season and although I would thank him for staying, i think the time is right to make the change. Finally I would change the coaching staff, their time is surely up.
  24. Would happily take any of the players mentioned, we shouldn't sign Daly & although i liked Kenny when he was with us before his time has long since gone. We must live within our means and until such times as we are back in the Champions league we cannot afford to pay players large sums of money every week.
  25. I may not go to every game due to work, but I'll be paying for my season ticket as soon as. We need to stand together and help the club move forward.
