You're criticism of Ally is becoming predictable by the very fact you won't allow for the weather or the pitch to have played a part today.

Respect isn't given out for fun. It's earnt. Ally has earned his fair share of respect as a Rangers player, employee and as a man.
Respect can be lost, but Ally has done nothing of note to warrant any significant loss of respect to date.
Hence some peoples issue with others on here and their disrespectful opinions of the man and manager.

tbh I'd say it was worse, much worse, last season.

The season's only half a dozen games old but I thought we looked more than half-decent against East Fife, Albion Rovers and Berwick.

I've seen more than a few people describe our manager as such over the last year or so, seen it a few times again today after yet another win. Do people not realise how ridiculous that is? Look at what McCoist has achieved in the game as a player AND as a coach/assistant manager before coming out with such overly emotive, classless nonsense.
Who need's enemies when we have fans like this? It's pathetic.

You could do so much better if you are intent on moaning like a bitch about us winning every week and scoring a barrowload of goals.
Were the shirts ironed properly? How are the players haircuts? I head Durrant had an untied shoelace. Is it true that someone dropped a mars wrapper (when leaving the team bus) and didn't pick it up and safely deposit it in a waste bin?
And can it really be true that Craig Mather only stands and applauds when we score and isn't screaming: 'Fuck the pope!'?
    It's just not good enough...

Probably what i would go for assuming Wallace doesnt make it.
I reckon though that Ally will start with Foster and McCulloch in place of Little with MacLeod or Temps shoved out on the right.

Just think how much we'll all appreciate it when it's back.
As was previously said, the only thing I miss is the CL.

I am not fascinated at all. I'm just asking why you won't step up to lend your experienced voice to the argument you want to put forward? You personally attack other people and claim they are all working together to the detriment of the club but your only response to that is to post those personal attacks on an internet forum. Why not do something more constructive? You've said you are in the Members. Why not go round and get support of other well off Rangers fans for your approach and make a difference? Have you tried?

My only contention is that Walter will not be just a figurehead, so I think what you say has great points. Power is ambiguous in many cases, and Walter's role at Rangers would carry a great deal of weight no matter what he did.

7pm; but there are Red Button options on earlier. That will include coverage of Amen Corner, and a few other holes. Round about 5, you'll be able to see a chosen round, which I suspect might be Tiger's group. Think I might only see it from about 9pm, so enjoy it!

Funny how it's the same venue and more or less the same players every year yet i'm looking forward to it immensely. Although not as much as The Open, I love watching links golf especially in challenging weather conditions.

Very intresting 1hour 20 mins interview between Adam Carolla and Mike Tyson avaliable to download from http://adamcarolla.com/
Its free, just click onto his website, sign up for email and download from there.
The normally very funny stand up does a pretty serious interview with Tyson who talks about parts of his childhood with Cus D'Amato , boxers who he admires now and what a different person he is now to when he was growing up .
    worth checking out.

The problem goes beyond Ally. totally beyond him; it is a philosophy of how the game should be played that needs to permeate the whole club; does Rangers have one I wonder? Look at the Michael Laudrup interview last week; he would not have taken over that club had they not stood for good football. Bill Struth had a philosophy about football and, more importantly, Rangers; so we can't decry that clubs do stand for something. This needs to come from the very top; we have got to make use of what could be a fine Academy, and the people running Rangers should be employing someone of great calibre who will put in place a way to play the ball. If you watch someone like Sampadoria, Milan, or whatever they play the ball: they take, at most three paces and look to play the ball to a team-mate; pace is used to get into positions, or to beat the final man; why are we constantly ignoring the elementary skills to play football? So, yes, sack McCoist, but then what? This goes a lot deeper, and if anyone really cared about cultivating a culture of good football, then we would be well ahead of where we are now.

If God was "provable".....where would that leave necessary exercise of faith ?
Nor is it up to "the believer to provide the proof". That is an exercise of faith by an individual.
Logic and reasoning are not passports into the kingdom of God. Nor are arguements however reasoned or co-hesive. The latter only serve to show that ones choice to believe in God is a reasonable standpoint.
Its by grace alone that one is saved. Not reasoned arguement.
