If we are getting to the point were Jason Holt is seen as a player to start then we have genuinely not moved forward. Definitely a good squad player, played his part getting us back to the SPFL but not good enough to be considered ahead of the current midfield.

Don't see the point of getting involved in a public tit for tat with Liewell about EBTs and enquiries as it will only feed the media frenzy which 9 times out of 10 write about us negatively anyway. We struggle against physical teams, Motherwell, Ross County and last night, second half all these teams became more physical and we struggled. Pedro says the overseas signings are adapting to the little time they have on the ball but that's the risk he took when he signed 5 players with zero experience of football in the UK. I honestly think it will be 10 to 15 games before you can really see if they will be able cope with the physical and high ball aspect of the game in Scotland.

For me we have to try 3:5:2 I shudder at the thought of Declan John at full back if Wallace is injured. Tonight both centre backs were dragged out of position to cover for our full backs. Why not play in a formation that allows for attacking wing backs. I think this would also lend towards a midfield including Rossiter and allow Dorrans for freedom in the forward position.

Kranjkar was quite effective for the first 15/20 mins, he made a 70 /80 yard run to get on the end of a breakaway and was more or less finished quite soon after that. I would much prefer to see him as a last 15 min sub when a game is stretched and let him find the space.

For me he should stay put as we need as much influence in the SPFL as possible. Liewell walked away from the SPFL board to take up a place in the European Club Association as he now has Doncaster doing his bidding for him domestically, so he can now work the unwashed agenda at a European level. Or am I just being paranoid..

Took a heavy challenge midway through the second half. Good to see him get back up and continue. So far along with Alves he has been the standout of the new additions.
