Agree. I have no issue with it provided it is not an ex player just for the sake of it. If it is the right person with the right credentials it can be a big positive, especially for a new manager coming in.

Yes, I think some people genuinely hate everything connected to Rangers and cant see the benefit a player with knowledge could bring, has to be the right player all the same.

Genuinely don't see what the issue is having some ex players around the place especially with a foreign manager coming in who has little knowledge of the game here.

I think Beale tried too hard to bamboozle the opposition with unconventional tactics. In reality he only managed to confuse and demotivate our players. 
He certainly bamboozled our supporters. Should be a massive improvement when we get an experienced manager in.
