  1. I forgot about that one - the one I meant was May putting it past the post when it was easier to score. The other was the clearance of the line.
  2. They could easily have scored twice. I do agree we looked better in that shape though.
  3. Full backs the world over are shite defensively - football systems have moved on. Full backs are now offensive positions, hence the use of either one or two defensive midfielders. For me the choice between John and Wallace is who is better going forward and that is John. However Wallace and John could be a great partnership down the left with John ahead of Wallace. Only time will tell though.
  4. Thought he played well tonight - good hold up play and brought others into the game. Only thing missing was a goal.
  5. Sorry to hear that Steve. Best wishes to you and your family at this difficult time.
  6. Bar Med closed down last year mate - so unless it has reopened then Chemies in Villamartin Plaza is the only place I can think of.
  7. I'm not for boycotts, however packing Murrayfield which would make them a small fortune, does not sit that well tbh.
  8. Interesting to see if Jack and Rossiter work tonight - they definitely did not last week when they got paired up?
  9. Waghorn is a stick on for a hat-trick tonight - whether it is 3 goals or 3 horrific misses, time will tell!
  10. Thank fuck - grab yourself a fortnight off big guy then see you at Ibrox!
  11. Definitely - plus an easier style of football and not the usual shite you get living in Scotland when you are a Rangers player ie. press etc.
  12. How are the ticket sales going for the game - any idea?
  13. At least four going by that report
  14. £15 a ticket. I think that is a sensible price.
  15. Away for 1st round - definitely going to 2nd round (if we make it!!)
  16. I thought he handled that very well - a few questions clearly aimed at tripping him up. He was sharp enough to recognise it and answered very well.
  17. Read the OP - he said build a new facility!
  18. Weather was atrocious at some points to be honest. Marchers were soaked to the skin - some for the second time of the day after their morning walk. Maybe (if true) Greenock didn't fancy marching again after being in soaking wet gear for hours? Would be the first time I have heard of a parade being cancelled due to weather / cold / wet right enough. As for the band plumbGer - they have a bit to go but decent numbers. Sounded decent - could do with working on their marching. A bit out of line/step at times, but they are a young band so good luck to them!
