  1. Things would improve massively if the refs started to do things a bit like rugby. Refs mic'ed up, replays on the big screens, refs inform the var guys what their onfield decision is, then they all study the replays and come to an informed final decision together, all while the crowds can see and hear what is going on.

VAR has fucked a lot of situations .. today was exactly why it was brought in. Ref misses two of the clearest pens you’ll see, and VAR catches it.
That is exactly what VAR is supposed to do, complaining about what happened is just daft. It’s become the new go to excuse for managers and fans. Embarrassing from Levein, sour old fuck

The ref didn't miss two pens, when Sterling was brought down he immediately looked to the linesman, hoping he would make the decision for him. When he didn't, he waited for VAR to then make the decision.

Not as easy as being an internet expert (not referring to you of course!)

I openly hold my hand up to not being an expert at anything, on the internet or not. Plus, I have spent many a game in my yoof, fulfilling the role of substitute, often unused due to still being in less than playable state from the previous night.

Hopefully this scenario plays out. If I could chose an option it would be this, going out of the Cup would trigger an implosion that would be felt in Australia and could really see their season unravel totally.

If I could choose an option, it would be them getting fucked out of the cup this weekend, followed by the worst run of results in their sordid history, a series of draws and losses in the league, never picking up another win for the remainder of the campaign.  That would bring about an end of days sized timplosion.

Being optimistic is good, certainly makes a change, however you are being realistic also as we need to remember that St Boo spanked Hibs at the weekend. I would not bet so much as a shilling on Hibs taking anything from Them tonight.

It's like the old saying "prepare for the worst, hope for the best " we all know it should be a comfortable win for them, but there is always the tiniest bit of hope Hibs could get something.
