  1. I agree with this, however when a bloggers article is littered with poor spelling and grammar I begin to lose interest in the piece. Kudos to them for going to the effort on recording and sharing their thoughts. Are their revelations so explosive that they are unable to spend a few more minutes proof reading it? Their audience may appreciate it.
  2. Reckon that bloggers English teacher will be looking for a change of career if he had the misfortune to read that article.
  3. The BF boys were in good form yesterday. Not too sure about the "sack the board" chants though.......that is the behaviour of the rotten mob.
  4. I was lucky enough to have seen him play and although I loved watching Gazza, Laudrup, Albertz etc when I watch my wee boy kicking a ball about I cannae help but dream he has some of the skill of Davie. A class act.
  5. Spelling was not right (feckin iPad).......should have been dullion. Here is the description from urban dictionary 1. dullion Something of outstanding merit. Normally used as a single word exclamation in Glasgow. (US equivalent may be 'Sweet!'). Similar to the terms stoater or dancer Also may be used to describe a fine example of a mild misfortune, to placate the offended party. Finding a fine shell on the beach at Largs wee Kenny showed it to Shug, who concurred it was a dullion. Shug then punched wee Kenny in the face and stole the shell. When wee Kenny ran tae his Maw, she consoled him by saying: "that wee shite Shug gave you a dullion of a black eye son" I was obviously using the latter. Hope that helps?
  6. The lad will need more time to determine if he will be a valuable player in our team. He is young but looks tall and strong so a wee bit more time and patience is needed. Smashing cross for Jigs third today though.
  7. The "transfer embargo" may be coming to an end but I will never forget or forgive these cheating, slithery immoral bastards for what they have done.
  8. He may have a reputation for fouling/nasty tackles etc but I reckon he must be the most fouled player in our team. Even today he took a few dillions off the East Fife players.
  9. I think the only window that closes tonight is here in Scotland. All the others are Monday night.
  10. I will be happy when this window is closed.....Lee Wallace must be attracting a wee bit of attention. He would walk into any team in the championship and if that shitehawk Whittaker can shine for Norwich then he would likely get in a few premiership teams. I hope he is here for a long time yet and I see him as our future captain but if somebody offers big dough then I fear the worst.
  11. Let's no talk about records, lets talk about how we are going about it. The football is entertaining, attacking and on the front foot. Good to see.
  12. He looks a proper striker. Was very impressed with him today and hoping he can kick on from here. I assume Jig got man of match today but Clark and McLeod were the ones that made me happy today........oh and Wallace's cross for Jig's 2nd was a thing of beauty.
  13. Ambulance parked outside main entrance about 2:15. Obviously something serious.
  14. Used to see that Frank McGarvey in the bookies in Dalry. Looked a proper jakee and seemed the type that would bet on anything. Considering the way he was celebrating when the horrible mob beat the buddies to pip Hearts for the league I reckon he had a few quid down!
  15. My 6 year old boy's first away game. What a cracking game for the wee man. He was covering his ears and moaning about the noise....funnily enough he never seems to have that problem at Ibrox. He had a great time and I reckon there will be plenty more away days. Cheers to RFCstuart for sorting out my tickets via RM. Much appreciated mate.
  16. Fantastic experience and well done to the staff for making it so special. That is what makes us so different to the rest.
  17. Things do not seem to be working out well for him at the moment. Looks like dumping his current agent/management company (only 1 year after leaving Chubby Chandler who he had been with since he was a kid). Looks like the recent change of clubs are only complicating things too. Was a lucrative deal for him but it was maybe too many changes all at he same time
  18. Good interview with Mark O'Meara last night. Basically saying the players whining about the conditions/course need to wind their necks in and enjoy the challenge out there. The Open really is the most enjoyable and entertaining major as the conditions are so unpredictable (sometimes over the 4 days)
  19. I remember Bain talking at an AGM about transfer fees and how much the media inflate them. The clubs very rarely declare how much they paid or received and it is then left up to the journos to dream up a figure. Given the accuracy of most of their reports/stories then it is fair to believe that that shower never received £12.5million (or anywhere near that).
  20. If I knew how to link an image for a big shovel I would do it now!
  21. I met Gordon Ramsay and found him to be a real gentleman. Chatting away with me and my mate (asked us more questions than we asked him) and was quite different to his character in Hells Kitchen. The man is obviously very proud of his association with our club and that will do for me.
  22. Mols on a bad day was more entertaining and exciting than Jelavic. I feel lucky to have seen Mols work his magic. I would have Prso in my team before Jelavic.
  23. The Mother Lodge is renowned worldwide and any degree held in Kilwinning is likely to have several foreign visitors in attendance.
