If they think they have been wrongly accused of doing something then they have every right to challenge that IMO.  

How would I know that they’ve been given the equivalent of a final written? Because a fine of four-weeks wages is the largest sanction clubs are allowed to issue - short of terminating a players’ contract. 

Think you have to purely on the basis that investigations into alleged incidents can be hindered if the accused are on site, its to keep both parties right so neither one can claim that underhand shenanigans happened 

I’m holding fire on backing King, fully, on it until I know what Robertson knew, when he knew it and what he then disclosed to the Rangers board. There’s pretty much 3 scenarios for me: 
 
If Robertson knew in January and said fuck all to anyone at Ibrox then that’s a complete fucking shambles. 
If Robertson knew, passed it on and King decided to sit on it until it was ‘useful’ then I don’t think it does us any good to wait four months to raise it and arguably wasted a good chance to have a REAL shot at the SPFL. 
If Robertson didn’t know (despite the SPFL’s claim the board were informed) then it gives us further ammo to go at them and get folk removed.

I've asked an SPFL board member to confirm what was disclosed but haven't had a response.

Ach, they've got email in SA and if there's a perceived COI in the boardroom of the SPFL, that's surely something that would have been raised internally. For me, the whole thing has raised plenty of questions on both sides and I hope King isn't trying to be cute with what we knew and when or I worry it could do more than good.

It wouldn't surprise me to find out that it was delivered as an insignificant aob point deliberately failing to disclose who INM were and the significance of their share holding.
Regardless whether SR has been duped or has failed to do the due diligence on the implications of appointment reveal, it doesn't help our position either way.
That said, it's still rotten to the core irrespective about what our MD did or didn't do about it if/ when he was made aware.

Definitely won’t be back and thank guck for that. Worst defender we’ve ever had in the top flight.
