Despite what people say he has a very good cross on him, not every cross is gonna hit its target. His problem is when he comes up against a fullback who he can’t outpace he is completely ineffective, he’s only moderately skillfull so can’t really rely on that to beat his man. He’s ok against the majority of the dross fullbacks I’m Scottish football but against the better ones and in future Opposition fullbacks in European Football he is worthless. Also he’s nearly 30 so he’s at his peak now he certainly isn’t going to improve at all and as a winger he’s probably gonna start to decline pretty rapidly over the next few years.

That’s because the press knew they couldn’t take the piss/lie to/abuse Walter Smith he just wouldn’t stand for it, he would have torn them a new arsehole in the style of that famous chick young Interview. The likes of Warburton, Pedro, Murty and probably most managers that come to Rangers don’t have anywhere near the same fearsome reputation that Walter did and as manager of the most hated club in Scotland they are always gonna get shit from the scummy press in Scotland.

The fact that foreigners like Edu & Bocanegra with no previous ties to Rangers transferred across and in Edu’s case still getting his transfer to the EPL, yet Scottish so called boyhood Rangers fans in McGregor, Naismith, Lafferty, Davis etc... didn’t says everything about them. Sure in reality the money we would have got for them wouldn’t have really meant anything with Green & Co fleecing us but the above weren’t to know that, they choose to fleece us in the hope of getting a better financial deal for themselves end of story. I have read an article where McGregor apologises and regrets what he did so I don’t hold him in the same depths that I do the rest, the worst of the lot were Naismith & Whittaker after their little press conference they should never be allowed to darken our door again regardless whever Naismith apologises (in the hope of one last payday in his failing career).

If they are of a Weiss, Roberts, Bartley type level of player then loans are a great idea when it’s Nemane, Dalcio and crew then there is no point.

Well we’re are they? There has been plenty of opportunity for people to buy us over the last few years and they haven’t done so. If they had any intention of buying Rangers, then they would buy us and turn us into a Marketable commodity. Scottish football just isn’t seen as a wise area to invest your money into there is no profitability to be had and with qualification into Europe becoming even harder the situation will only become worse. I’m not saying Kings board can’t do far better or that they are the best people for the job but where are these potential buyers you speak of?

People are making it seem like we can just go out and sign a new board as we would a player, who are going to invest cash into us. King and Co’s lack of real investment has been frustrating but the fact remains there is no one else, there isn’t a secret billionaire who is going to pump millions into Rangers that’s the cold hard reality.

It’s all very good suggesting that we drop Morelos but then you look at the alternatives: Miller, Herrera & Hardie Yes going 9 games without a goal isn’t acceptable and in an idea situation you would drop him but his contribution to the team outside of the goals puts him ahead of the three mentioned above in my opinion. Hopefully though he re finds his scoring touch pretty soon, I have a feeling once he gets 1 he will start to bang them in again.

Every team needs players who can break down the opposition wide players with speed and skill are vital in football not only to help win but to stop the fans falling asleep in the stands. Not saying every midfielder needs to be rapid but a couple do especially on the wing.

He has always been a player that has stood out to me whilst watching the Belgian reserve league and the Aussie league I suggested on here that we sign him but was shot down in flames.

Bang on our fans are some of the most fickle in the world. Danny Wilson is another example a couple of decent games in a row and he is a good CB that should keep Bruno Alves out the team yet 3 or 4 weeks ago he was utter shite. Our fans can’t seem to see past 1 or 2 games at a time.

The 1 good game in 10 chat is a load of shite. Just like any winger they go through bad patches and then good patches, I will admit that last season was a poor one from him overall but to suggest 1 good game in 10 is utter shite. Whilst playing for us in the 3rd Division as a 16/17 year old he had the most assists in the league yet he still got berated that year for lack of consistency. The last year in the Championship he was fantastic and was one of our most consistent players overall as well. As for the contract situation Rangers offered him one which he felt wasn’t good enough he wanted to be up there with the highest paid players at the club the offer Rangers gave was nowhere near that. McKay came out and said after he left that he wanted to stay and was waiting for a higher offer but Pedro put him with the kids instead so he had no choice but to leave. As for Saasas saying about him being shite for Forrest because he’s been subbed just have a read of their fan forums and you will see them wanking over him saying to give him player of the year already and his stats back that up. Some people in Scotland don’t seem to appreciate skill, pace and raw footballing ability they prefer wingers/attacking midfielders who get stuck in and run about like headless chickens that’s the reason Scottish football is so backwards and behind the rest of Europe. You don’t ask our Centre backs or centre midfielders to run at the opposition and beat their man so why ask your wingers to do the same. It’s as if some of our fans don’t want to be entertained. As for the consistency, if McKay was on his game 100% every single week then we would never have been able to keep him he would be a superstar playing at a far higher level and as someone else has said the older that wingers get they should develop consistency.

Anyone who thinks Wes should have saved that is a spastic plane and simple. Wes is a decent keeper is he anywhere near as good as Klos, McGregor, Goram etc... no of course not but are any of our players as good as the players we had back then? No! but he is more than good enough for the moment but once an element of our fans get it into their head that a player is pish after a few bad games the hive mentality take over and they will never change their mind no matter how the player performes.

I have a feeling Moult is the type of player that looks great when playing for SPL dross but then when he moves to a big club like Rangers he looks like a dud. Sure he might do ok but people making out like he’s an easy answer for us upfront are deluded we have seen it so many times O’Hallaron, Templeton, Black to name just a few.

In order to have a chance you would have to include the Rangers players of old i.e Sammy English, David Meikljohn, Eric Caldow, Alan Morton, Willie Woodburn, Ralph Brand, Willie Henderson but I obviously wasn't around then so I couldn't tell you who was the best of those players but I have a feeling some of our former centre backs are better than Butcher at least.

As far as I remember it was us and the tarriers that tried to get the rest of Scottish football to stick with Sky and not setanta but the diddy teams said no and out voted us.

Unfortunately for us we don't have anyone that is any better than Windass on the left wing. Unless Nemane or whatever he is called is a hidden hero. A quality left winger should be our priority in January.

Candeias has been good overall this season but let's not lie he was non existent today disnt contribute a thing, he didn't beat Tierney or any other celtic defender once but he's a favourite on here so everyone ignores his shite games. Of which there have been a few.

Other than a couple of misplaced passes and that's literally a couple he did nothing wrong, he made some very good saves today and had no chance with the goals. But it seems he is the new whipping boy so he gets it regardless.

I think that's partly down to the tarriers attitude in games against us they always step it up a level than when they play the others teams.

It's pretty clear the difference between us and the tarriers is a few quality attaching players like Sinclair, Roberts & Dembele we have no one that can produce that moment of magic like they can and until we spend money on that area of the pitch a "Vladimir Weiss" type player we will remain behind them.
