These men just want Justice, they never wanted cash just an apology. Did you read why that guy got 1.4 million quid? Those fuckers damaged him so much that he cannot work, his mental health is fucked, every time he hears ashes to ashes he gets flashbacks. Can you imagine living like that?

I want all abusers convicted but if that fails then civil remedies can help because the system acknowledges that you were abused and labels your abuser for what he is.

Bennell was also not an employee at the time. It is getting appealled though.
If Thomsons prove the link then the paedo coaches become de facto employees of celtic and celtic will be liable.

I read it the same way. Bennell wasn't an employee, just freelance, the abuse didn't take place at the time of his association with Man City and Man City had not entrusted the welfare of the claimants to Bennell.
I think the Scum lose on each point. Then take in account the number of abusers and as you said the abusers fired and then re-employed. Hopefully, the separate entity nonsense gets laughed out of court.
I just hope that those affected get their day in court and get what they deserve. However no amount of money will ever be enough for those abused to forget about what that scum club hid and allowed to happen.
